ང་བ་ནི། ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། སྐུ་གསུམ་དབྱེར་མེད་ཕོ་བྲང་ནས། །པདྨ་ཐོད་ཕྲེང་ལྷ་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས། །འདིར་འདུས་རྣལ་འབྱོར་བདག་ཅག་ལ། །མཆོག་དང་ཐུན་མོང་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ། །རྩ་སྔགས་མཐར། ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧོཿ སྒྲུབ་རྫས་གནས་གསུམ་དུ་གཏུགས་ཤིང་མྱང་། སྐལ་བ་དང་ལྡན་པ་གཞན་དག་ལའང་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཀྱི་ཆ་ཤས་ཅི་རིགས་པར་སྦྱིན། མ་འབྱོར་པ་དང་སོགས་ཀྱི་མཐར་ཡི་གེ་བརྒྱ་པ་ལན་གསུམ་གྱིས་ནོངས་པ་བཤགས། གཉིས་པ་ཉེར་བསྡུའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ནི། མདུན་བསྐྱེད་ཀྱི་རྟེན་བྲིས་སྐུ་ཡོད་ན་བརྟན་བཞུགས་དང་། མེད་ན་ཡེ་ཤེས་པ་གདོད་མའི་ཀློང་དུ་གཤེགས་སུ་གསོལ་བ་དང་ཆབས་ཅིག་པར། སྣོད་བཅུད་འོད་ཞུ་བླ་མ་དང་། །དེ་ཉིད་རང་ལ་གཉིས་མེད་ཐིམ། །འོད་གསལ་སྤྲོས་པ་བྲལ་བའི་ངང་། །སྒོ་གསུམ་ལྷ་སྔགས་ཆོས་སྐུར་ཤར། །ཅེས་པས་མཚམས་སྦྱར་ཏེ་སྤྱོད་ལམ་གྱི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ལ་འཇུག །དགེ་བ་བསྔོ་ཞིང་སྨོན་ལམ་གདབ། ཤིས་པ་བརྗོད་པ་ཇི་ལྟར་རིགས་པས་མེ་ཏོག་གི་ཆར་སིལ་མ་དགྲམ་པར་བྱའོ། །གསུམ་པ་དེ་ལྟར་ཉམས་སུ་བླངས་པའི་འབྲས་བུ་ནི། གྲུབ་པའི་སློབ་དཔོན་ཆེན་པོ་འདི་ཉིད་ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་དུས་བཞིའི་བདེ་བར་ གཤེགས་པ་སྲས་དང་སློབ་མར་བཅས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་གསང་བ་གསུམ་གྱི་ཡེ་ཤེས་གཅིག་ཏུ་འདུས་པའི་ངོ་བོར་བཞུགས་པའི་ཕྱིར། དེ་ཉིད་བསྒྲུབ་ཅིང་མཆོད་པས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་བསྒྲུབ་ཅིང་མཆོད་པའི་བསོད་ནམས་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་བ་དང་། དེ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་གནས་སྐབས་སུ་གྲུབ་པ་བརྒྱད་ཕྲིན་ལས་བཞི་དབང་བཅུའི་ཡོན་ཏན་སོགས་ཕྱི་ནང་གི་དངོས་གྲུབ་རྒྱ་མཚོར་དབང་འབྱོར་པས་རང་གཞན་གྱི་དོན་གཉིས་འབད་མེད་དུ་འབྱུང་བ་དང་ཆབས་ཅིག་པར། མཐར་ཐུག་རིག་འཛིན་རྣམ་པ་བཞིའི་གསེང་ལམ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་བདེ་སྟོང་དབྱེར་མེད་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་མངོན་དུ་བྱེད་པའི་ཚུལ། ཨོ་རྒྱན་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་རྡོ་རྗེའི་གསུང་ལས། ང་བསྒྲུབས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་འགྲུབ༔ ང་མཐོང་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་མཐོང༔ ང་ནི་བདེར་གཤེགས་འདུས་པ་ཡིན༔ ས་ནི་བཅུ་དྲུག་ལམ་ལྔ་ཡང༔ ང་བསྒྲུབས་ཐོད་ཕྲེང་བཟླས་པས་བགྲོད༔ ཅེས་དང་། དབང་ཆེན་སྤྲེལ་ཟླའི་ཚེས་བཅུ་དང༔ དུས་ཀྱི་ཚེས་བཅུ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ༔ སྤྲུལ་པ་འཛམ་གླིང་ཁྱབ་པར་འགྱེད༔ མཆོག་ཐུན་དངོས་གྲུབ་ང་ཡིས་སྟེར༔ ཞེས་སོགས་རྒྱ་ཆེར་གསུངས་པ་ལ་ངེས་ཤེས་བསྐྱེད་ནས་ལམ་འདི་ཁོ་ན་ལ་མཆོག་ཏུ་བརྩོན་པར་བྱའོ། །པདྨོ་བཀོད་པའི་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་དུ། །འཇུག་པའི་ཐེམ་སྐས་འ

我是，嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿），吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。从三身无别之宫殿，莲花颅鬘诸尊众，于此聚集瑜伽我等众，赐予胜共诸成就。根本咒后，卡亚瓦嘎 चित्त 萨瓦 悉地 帕拉 吽（藏文：ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：कायवाक्चित्तसर्वसिद्धि फल हो，梵文罗马拟音：kāyavākcittasarvasiddhi phala ho，汉语字面意思：身语意一切成就赐予）。将修法之物触及三处并享用。对于具缘之其他众生，也布施相应的成就分。未得者等之后，以百字明三次忏悔过失。第二，摄略瑜伽是，若有前生之所依画像，则作坚固住，若无，则与智慧尊融入原始法界同时，器情光融于上师，彼亦融入自无二。光明离戏之状态，三门化为本尊咒语法身显。以此连接，进入行持瑜伽。回向善根并发愿。以何种方式称颂吉祥，则撒布花雨。第三，如是修持之果是，成就之大导师此尊，十方四时安乐逝去者，与其眷属弟子一切之三密智慧融为一体之自性而住故，修持供养彼，则获得修持供养一切佛之福德，依此，暂时获得八成就、四事业、十自在之功德等内外成就如海般自在，无勤成办自他二利的同时，究竟依四种持明之密道，现证乐空无二大印之智慧身之方式。邬金仁波切自身之金刚语中说：我修即成就一切佛，我见即见一切佛，我乃安乐逝者之总集，地乃十六道乃五，我修持颅鬘念诵而行。以及，大权神变猴月之初十，与时之初十一切时，化身遍布赡洲，胜共成就我所赐。等等广大宣说，生起定解，于此道唯一精进。进入莲花庄严之城市，乃阶梯。

I am, Om（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om）, Ah（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah）, Hum（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum）. From the palace inseparable from the three bodies, the assembly of deities of the lotus skull garland, grant us yogis gathered here the supreme and common attainments. At the end of the root mantra, Kaya Vaka Citta Sarva Siddhi Phala Ho（藏文：ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：कायवाक्चित्तसर्वसिद्धि फल हो，梵文罗马拟音：kāyavākcittasarvasiddhi phala ho，汉语字面意思：May all attainments of body, speech, and mind be bestowed）. Touch the substances of accomplishment to the three places and taste them. Also bestow a portion of the attainments to others who are fortunate, as appropriate. At the end of those who have not attained, confess transgressions three times with the hundred-syllable mantra. Secondly, the yoga of gathering together is: if there is a painted image as the basis of the front generation, then perform the stable abiding; if not, then at the same time as requesting the wisdom beings to depart into the primordial space, the vessel and essence dissolve into light into the lama, and that itself dissolves into oneself, inseparable. In the state of luminous clarity, free from elaboration, the three doors arise as the deity, mantra, and dharmakaya. Connect with this and enter into the yoga of conduct. Dedicate the merit and make aspirations. Scatter a rain of flowers in whatever way is appropriate to express auspiciousness. Thirdly, the result of practicing in this way is: because this great accomplished master abides as the essence of the three secrets of all the Sugatas of the ten directions and four times, together with their sons and disciples, having merged into one wisdom, by accomplishing and offering to him, one will obtain the merit of accomplishing and offering to all the Buddhas, and relying on that, one will temporarily attain the eight accomplishments, the four activities, the qualities of the ten powers, and so on, and at the same time as one effortlessly accomplishes the two benefits of oneself and others by having power over an ocean of outer and inner attainments, ultimately, through the secret path of the four vidyadharas, the way of manifesting the wisdom body of the great seal, indivisible from bliss and emptiness. In the vajra words of Orgyen Rinpoche himself, he said: "By accomplishing me, all Buddhas are accomplished; by seeing me, all Buddhas are seen; I am the gathering of the Sugatas; the ground is sixteen, the path is five; by accomplishing me, one travels by reciting the skull garland." And, "On the tenth day of the monkey month of great power, and on all the tenth days of the times, emanations spread throughout Jambudvipa; I bestow the supreme and common attainments." Having generated certainty in these and other extensive statements, one should strive supremely on this path alone. Entering the city adorned with lotuses is a staircase.
