Revolving like a wheel, like a fire against opposition. Enemies, thieves, robbers, burglars, calamities, harmful spirits, inauspicious omens, evil spirits, gossip, obstacles, curses, nightmares, etc., all fearful sights, without even leaving a name, completely destroy them into dust and powder, thinking that it is completely covered by an indestructible protective tent, becoming a nature that cannot be penetrated by anything, and pray with one-pointed devotion. Then, after taking empowerment and exchanging self and others as usual. Recite as follows: Visualize yourself as the black Hayagriva as clear as before, with a wisdom being like yourself in his heart. In his heart, on a sun disc, a black hrīḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Hrih), with mantras surrounding it like a chain of opposing fire. At the heart of the guru on the crown of the head, a blue hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum). Visualize a green jaḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari: जः, Romanized Sanskrit: jaḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Jah) at the heart of all the dakinis. From the mouths of all the main deities and retinues, emanate great wisdom fires that are hot, intense, fierce, and violent, and countless wrathful lesser deities with loud and powerful noises. The fire pervades the limits of the sky. The fire strikes all external harmful enemies, thieves, etc., and all things that become obstacles to life, visualizing them burning with a crackling sound like singeing bird feathers. Draw the fires inward and put them into your mouth, burning and destroying the demons of planets, nagas, etc. that have entered the inner body, as well as diseases of wind, bile, phlegm, and their combination, and sins and obscurations, and the fire exits from the urinary and anal passages. The earth, intermediate space, and sky are all filled, and all intermediate demons and their retinues are burned to a crisp with a crackling sound. In the midst of the fire, countless wrathful lesser deities like oneself fill the space, and all conceptual thoughts that appear as duality, such as self and other, good and bad, samsara and nirvana, are purified into emptiness, and with the sharpness of unforgetting awareness, recite: oṃ āḥ hūṃ guru krodha haya grīva krodha hari nisa samaya jaḥ kāleśvara siddhi phala hūṃ (Tibetan, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ āḥ hūṃ guru krodha haya grīva krodha hari nisa samaya jaḥ kāleśvara siddhi phala hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum, Guru Krodha Hayagriva Krodha Hari Nisa Samaya Jah, Kaleshvara Siddhi Phala Hum). The number of recitations is twenty-three thousand, combining prana and awareness, and the transformations of visualization should also be combined with prana. The activity is: Externally, bind enemies, thieves, robbers, burglars, etc., through the key points of substances, mantras, and visualization. Internally, the demons of the upper planets, the demons of the lower nagas and earth lords, as well as gyalpo spirits, malevolent spirits, yakshinis, demonesses, and other vicious demons.

Protecting from harm, binding, suppressing, etc., whatever activities are performed, one should not be distracted from samadhi. By means of the clarity and stability of the generation stage, the recitation and practice are carried to the stage, and one strives to obtain signs of the power of mantra. If one undertakes the activities that arise from this text, then whatever it may be, it will surely be accomplished without hindrance. The completion stage is: Here, in order to eliminate the obstacles of the secret mind, allowing conceptual thoughts to arise randomly will interrupt whatever path practices, such as the generation stage and completion stage, are meditated upon. It is like a visible thief who kills and steals. Transforming conceptual thoughts into the path is: Whether they are subtle, gross, or coarse, the eye consciousness clinging to forms, the ear consciousness clinging to sounds, the nose consciousness clinging to smells, the tongue consciousness clinging to tastes, the body consciousness clinging to tactile sensations, and the mind consciousness clinging to dharmas—attachment to the objects of the six aggregates is a deluded conceptual thought, which is the cause of wandering in the cycle of suffering. Therefore, transforming them into the path is extremely important. That is, when the eye sees anything that appears in its field, whether it is a woman, food, or wealth, anything beautiful that pleases the mind, if it is not grasped by correct mindfulness, but with a pleasing thought, the mind engages with it. Gradually, desire arises, and one strives to obtain it and craves it, thus accumulating negative karma. Transforming it into the path is: To look nakedly at the nature of the appearance of desire, like the conceptual thought that arises when a conch shell is formed, without engaging in anticipatory or subsequent analysis, but leaving it as it is. Similarly, when one sees unpleasant things, such as enemies or ferocious animals, and dislike and hatred arise, one should look at its nature as before and leave it without fabrication, so that the karma of attachment and hatred is not accumulated, which is to take it as the path. Similarly, attachment to pleasant sounds, hatred to unpleasant sounds, pleasant and unpleasant smells, delicious and unpleasant tastes, smooth and rough tactile sensations, and pleasant and unpleasant dharmas—in all these cases, one should not be swayed by attachment and hatred, but look at their nature, and without examining and fabricating between conceptual thoughts to be abandoned and wisdom as an antidote, one should relax and rest in the nature of one's own naked face. In this way, through the practice of Guru Black Hayagriva, external enemies and thieves can be eliminated.
