观世音与无量光佛普贤尊，消除死亡中阴猛烈之痛苦。一切之体性根本上师也，修彼上师之慈悲不迁视。外境之彼性转为内境之，口诀宝珠圆次第十三生。外内结合之讲述若开展，虽多然此仅为一隅而已。幻身无我蕴身供施三，消除战争疾病饥荒之根本三毒。立断之见解方便道忿怒母，开启法性宝藏与大乐莲苑。道之顺缘中阴之诀窍，消除内境大荒恐怖。禅定遣障金刚瑜伽士，斩断内境诸元素迷乱之根本。六聚道用烦恼道用之，救度内境阿札敌之损害。光明梦境迁识之口诀，自净死亡中阴之迷乱显现。上师自心无别之口诀，光明 环境果位现前证。此等圆次第广大深奥义，依赖上师之口诀唯一故，莫成词句之虚饰外表，要点无谬真正而确定珍重。大口诀圆次第十三义，如理通达八万四千法。一切之密意圆次第无余，轻易证悟且成自力自在。若能修持一生圆满成正觉，彼获四身之大自在。阿底冈毗惹古雅（藏文，梵文天城体：अतिगम्भीरगुह्य，梵文罗马拟音：atigambhīraguhya，汉语字面意思：极深秘密）。 ཨཚ（藏文，梵文天城体：ओंस，梵文罗马拟音：om，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽）。萨玛雅（藏文，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：誓言）。嘉嘉嘉（藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：）。达听（藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：）。如是上师之修法甚众多，成为百千俱胝之顶峰者乃，上师如意宝之百类法。一切之精髓生圆双运法，口诀如意宝珠灌顶王。此世后世恒常安乐善妙圆满吉祥，无余生处如意成就，如是上师之教言修法殊胜此，非为他人之语盗用经文改口掺杂伪造，对教言不公正草率了断意义错乱，非佛法冒充佛法新念头分别之 心，成为浑浊之过失何时亦不会有。然此经文讲解之过失部分，我愚昧凡夫孩童之心所染污，为作证于三根本前忏悔之。

Through Avalokiteśvara, Amitabha, and Samantabhadra, may the fierce suffering of death and the bardo be dispelled. The essence of all is the root guru; by accomplishing that, may the guru's compassion gaze upon us without wavering. The pith instructions, the jewel of the thirteen stages of completion, arise from transforming the outer reality into the inner. When explaining the combination of outer and inner, although there is much to say, this is just a mere glimpse. The three, illusory body, selflessness, aggregates, offering, eliminate the root of war, disease, and famine, the three poisons. Through the view of Trekchö and the path of Tummo, may the treasure of Dharmata and the lotus garden of Great Bliss be opened. Through the conditions of the path, the instructions of the bardo, may the fear of the great wilderness within be dispelled. Through the Vajra Yoga that dispels obstacles to Samadhi, may the root of the deluded appearances of the inner elements be severed. Through taking the six consciousnesses as the path and taking afflictions as the path, may the harm of the inner Arjaka enemies be overcome. Through the pith instructions of clear light, dream, and transference, may the deluded appearances of death and the bardo be self-purified. Through the pith instructions of the inseparability of the guru and one's own mind, may the clear light environment and fruition be manifestly realized. These stages of completion are vast, profound, and meaningful; since they depend solely on the guru's pith instructions, may they not become mere empty words, but may the essential points be accurately and definitively established. The meaning of the great pith instructions, the thirteen stages of completion, if understood properly, encompasses the eighty-four thousand teachings. May the entire intent of all the stages of completion be easily realized and become self-mastered. By practicing them, may one attain complete enlightenment in one lifetime, and may one obtain the great dominion of the four kayas. Ati Gambhira Guhya (藏文，梵文天城体：अतिगम्भीरगुह्य，梵文罗马拟音：atigambhīraguhya，汉语字面意思：Extremely Profound Secret). Om Ah Hum (藏文，梵文天城体：ओंस，梵文罗马拟音：om，汉语字面意思：). Samaya (藏文，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：Vow). Gya Gya Gya (藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：). Dha Thim (藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：). Thus, there are many methods of accomplishing the guru, and the pinnacle of hundreds of thousands of millions is the hundred cycles of Guru Cintamani. The essence of all is the Dharma of generation, completion, and union, the pith instructions, the wish-fulfilling jewel, the king of empowerment. May this life and future lives be filled with constant happiness, goodness, perfection, and auspiciousness, the source of all, spontaneously accomplished as desired. This supreme method of accomplishing the guru's testament is not someone else's words, stolen scriptures, altered words, mixed with falsehoods, or fabricated. May there never be injustice to the teachings, hasty conclusions, mistaken meanings, Dharma that is not Dharma, or new thoughts and conceptualizations, which become the fault of turbidity. However, for the faults in explaining this scripture, I, a foolish ordinary being, have defiled it with the mind of a child. I confess and repent before the Three Roots as witnesses.

The blessing of great compassion is swift, Previously it has appeared to the fortunate ones, This is a yellow scroll, this is the distinction of mind treasure! It is also said that the source of the lineage and customs are different, It is a new manifestation following the earlier mind treasure, The meanings are consistent, but they have not been seen to appear again! Mind treasure, As it is, the special signs, on the yellow scroll, Although many have been seen to appear, Therefore, whether in the future or now, A qualified incarnation treasure revealer, Such a practice cycle may emerge from the yellow scroll!
