Visualize a blue three-pointed vajra, with a dark blue, immaculate color, and burning with flames, then blend awareness into the vajra and rest. The three points of the vajra symbolize the three: essence, nature, and compassion. By uniting its waist into one, also contemplate its meaning as representing the indivisibility of the path. If unable to do so, lean the body backward and exhale with a "Hala" sound as if ending the breath. By practicing in this way, one will commonly eliminate physical obscurations, pacify obstacles, reverse attachment, and ultimately attain the Dharmakaya Vajra-incarnation, inseparable from each other. Secondly, there are four methods for training speech: filling, practicing, seeking gentleness, and guiding onto the path. The first method is divided into outer and inner. The first is filling the outer appearance: the body maintains the seven-point posture, the gaze is directed straight ahead, and visualize a blue (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hum,吽) syllable in the heart, making it appear clearly. Then, blend the breath and consciousness into one with the (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hum,吽) syllable, allowing the breath to flow slowly, without feeling it, with the lips slightly parted. By chanting the (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hum,吽) syllable with a pleasant and long melody of appropriate volume, many (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hum,吽) syllables will spontaneously arise from the essence of the heart's consciousness, which is the (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hum,吽) syllable. Exhale from the right nostril, and visualize all outer appearances being filled with (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hum,吽) syllables like sparks, with the (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hum,吽) sound buzzing, so that appearances manifest as the nature of the (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hum,吽) syllable. The second is filling the inner aggregates: by chanting the (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hum,吽) syllable shorter than before, visualize those outer (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hum,吽) syllables, inseparable from the breath, being inhaled into the body, entering without obstruction from the left nostril, and visualize the inside of the body being filled with sparks, and holding the breath. In this way, the body will effortlessly appear to be filled with the (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hum,吽) syllable. Secondly, practicing power is also divided into outer and inner. The first is practicing the power of outer appearances: by uttering the (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hum,吽) syllable from the heart's (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hum,吽) syllable with strength and vigor, many dark blue, strong, rough, sharp, and powerful (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hum,吽) syllables will spontaneously arise from one's own awareness, which is the (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hum,吽) syllable, adapting to whatever large or small object is desired, and visualize all outer appearances being completely destroyed and shattered into pieces, so that appearances manifest as without inherent existence. The second is practicing the power of the inner aggregates: by reciting the (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hum,吽) syllable, one blue (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hum,吽) syllable with four characteristics, about a span high, from the inside of one's body to the crown of the head, from the crown of the head to the soles of the feet, and finally throughout the entire back of the body.

When everything in front, above, and below is completely empty, contemplate that the body's flesh and blood have no substantial existence and vanish into emptiness. The experience of the body being like a reflection of the moon in water, without inherent existence, will arise. Third, the gentle search: In front, set up a support for focus, such as a bell or a piece of wood, and from the mouth, pronounce the syllable "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) in a melodious, powerful, and prolonged manner. Visualize a string of "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllables emanating from the "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) at the heart center, like a rosary where the hook of the previous syllable catches the head of the next, extending forward. Visualize it winding around the piece of wood clockwise, and as it reaches the top, feel that the previous "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable seems to remain there, then relax slightly and focus on it. Again, pronounce the "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable slowly, visualizing the string of "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllables that had wound around it unwinding in the opposite direction, contracting inward, and completely dissolving into the "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) at the heart center, and then relax and rest. This prevents being controlled by conceptual thoughts. If you can transform the object of focus at will, it means you have mastered it. Fourth, introducing the path: First, visualize a path in front of you that curves back and forth like the "Rakshasa's walk," initially as far as you can see. Then, visualize it becoming longer and longer. Unite your body, breath, and mind into one. Visualize the blue "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable entering the path and moving forward, reaching a curve each time you pronounce the "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable, and rest there. Continue in the same way for a long distance. Then, visualize it continuing into the endless mountains and valleys beyond, pronouncing the "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable for a long time, and rest in your own place. Again, as before, follow the path back, visualizing it entering the "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) at the heart center, and remain in a state of non-conceptualization. By doing so, conceptual thoughts will naturally cease, and the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality will arise. During the breaks between these preceding and subsequent processes, pronounce "ཕཊ" (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Phat) and remain in a state of non-thought. Through these practices, the sins of speech are purified, obstacles are removed, and the attachment to language is reversed. Ultimately, speech Vajra will become inseparable from the Sambhogakaya. Third, training the mind: Look inward at your own mind. Investigate where this mind initially arises from—whether it is the external four elements, land, parents, city, or the internal upper, middle, or lower part of your own body. If you think it arises from emptiness, analyze the process of arising. Investigate the mind that is being sought, and look back at the awareness that is seeking. Until you discover the original face of awareness, which is originally without a basis, empty in nature, and free from all conceptualizations, continue to investigate thoroughly. In the meantime, abide in
