At this time, first, in the moment of tummo suffering, exert diligence without being lazy. In the middle, in the moment of tummo desire, without being swayed by attachment, dissolve into the realm of emptiness. Finally, in the moment of tummo bliss, without becoming satisfied and stagnant, attain freedom in unchanging bliss. The essence of practice is Trekchö, Tögal, and Zungjuk. In the state of inseparable Dharmadhatu and Rigpa, the unwavering view is as stable as the King of Mountains. The state of appearance and emptiness being inseparable, without clinging, beyond thought, as vast as the ocean. The light of awareness flows continuously like a stream, the shell of habitual patterns and delusions disappears, this is the instruction of awareness abiding. Without being controlled by dullness and agitation, without being bound by the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-thought, without straying from the true meaning of manifest wisdom, integrate the four aspects of appearance abiding practice. In the night's dreams, do not let confusion and ignorance run wild, but train in the knowledge of luminosity entering the vase. Day and night, for all activities of food, clothing, and distractions, cut off the thoughts of clinging to self and selfishness. Whatever arises from the appearances of the six senses, without being bound by clinging to true or false, acceptance or rejection, abide in the state of self-liberation. Furthermore, regarding the faults of Trekchö, and the clearing of eye obstacles in Tögal, etc., one should learn in detail from other guiding texts. Secondly, regarding the conduct of companions, from the Tantra of the Union of Sun and Moon, etc., using twenty-one types of conduct as examples, many classifications and summaries are taught, summarizing the key points: Beginners should, like bees, gather the essence from all Dharma doors, thereby determining the scope of hearing, thinking, and meditating. Like birds returning to their nests, cut off doubts about the instructions, and avoid doubts, obstacles, and faults. Then, at the time of practice, like a wounded deer, stay away from worldly entanglements and go to uninhabited, quiet mountain forests. Accompanied by this, like a mute person, cut off speech, keep silent throughout life, and do not follow after good or bad. Like a madman, abandon clinging to enemies, friends, desire, hatred, and ignorance. Like a dog and a pig, do not discriminate between clean and unclean in food, clothing, and shelter.
