It is the experience of resting, like water flowing in a narrow cave. The third is the experience of habituation, mostly abiding in non-thought, occasionally some vague thoughts arise, it is the experience of exhaustion of thoughts, like the behavior of an old person. The fourth is the experience of stability, mostly abiding in the vastness of non-thought, occasionally slightly disturbed by external conditions, it is the experience of being able to be moved by thoughts, like a small lake moved by a breeze. Furthermore, having attained the pliancy of the three doors, and various experiences and signs arising in body, speech, and mind, should be introduced in order. The second is to introduce the nature of samadhi itself, which is the introduction of shamatha and vipashyana. Among them, the activity of thoughts, from subtle to coarse, from calm to dormant, ceases, the state of mind being easeful, clear, and non-thought is shamatha. The sign of its completion is, as the scripture says: the body is like a broken pile of firewood, speech is like a broken lute string, the mind is like water cut off from a self-grinding mill, the true nature is introduced like a lamp not moved by the wind. When wavering, recognize its own nature, awareness is objectless, self-luminous, free from exaggeration and denigration, nakedly appearing is vipashyana. With its unobstructed appearance, like the mandala of the sun. The experience is indescribable to others, like a mute eating sugar. One's own true nature cannot be shown to others, it is introduced like the happiness of a young girl. Non-attachment to the appearance of any of the six aggregates is shamatha, the door of appearance is unobstructed is vipashyana, that is, the union of shamatha and vipashyana on the appearance. The nature of thoughts appears, awareness is shamatha. Its non-thought liberation into the dharmakaya is vipashyana, that is, the union of shamatha and vipashyana on the awareness. In short, whether in meditation or post-meditation, the objects of the six aggregates do not cease, the five senses naturally relax, the state of awareness is that consciousness does not follow external objects, clear and transparent, cultivate in a natural state without hope, fear, or artifice, the objects of appearance and the clinging mind are not abandoned or changed, liberated in its own place, it is introduced like chasing away hundreds of birds with one stone, crossing hundreds of rivers with one bridge. If forced to introduce, then the student should be given instructions on the posture, that is, awareness observes all thoughts of the three times.

Also unadulterated, the present awareness, clear and without grasping, in the natural state of its own nature, without rejection or acceptance, is vast and relaxed. The stainless and pure Buddha is the self-aware Dharmakaya, unchanging. Sal le sing nge wal le wa, like the cloudless autumn sky. Abide like an unchangeable, stable mountain! Abide like an unmoving, clear ocean! Abide like a vast, unconfined sky! No matter what state you are in, abide in the state of awareness! No matter what arises, it is the radiance of awareness! May self-aware awareness be clear and distinct! Just as birds fly wherever they may, they do not go beyond the sky, so abide in the state of awareness. May all phenomena be self-illuminating and unwavering! Thus, abiding in the clear and pure state of mind, just because of the word "Phat (Tibetan: ཕཊ།)" and forgetting in distraction, even if a thought arises, there is no clinging to the thought, and no antidote to it. Awareness is self-illuminating, vast, relaxed, peaceful, and gentle. Recognize that this is the meditation of self-abiding awareness. Determine that all appearances of existence, the container and its contents, are the magical manifestations of one's own mind's delusion. Determine that the clinging to delusion is like a sky without a basis. After determining that the self-born wisdom is the awareness-emptiness Dharmakaya, do not rely too much on the Buddha above, and do not doubt the cycle of existence below. Because of knowing the nature of samsara and nirvana as awareness and non-awareness, when awareness arises, at the time of awareness-holding, without acceptance or rejection, good or bad, confidently rest in the great original enlightenment, which is to meet the face itself, and to cut through in one place, that is, in the aspect of non-duality of good and bad, to drive the peg of original wisdom into the space between samsara and nirvana, like fire meeting wood. Because of the arising of existence and non-existence in a biased way, the peg of the view of liberation is driven between permanence and annihilation, like mirrors meeting each other, that is, realizing that all dharmas are originally not liberated, but are originally enlightened, so whatever arises goes into the nature of reality, like going to the top of the mountain king and seeing the low valleys, this is called the intention of the mountain king's peak. Once this is recognized, no matter when awareness abides or moves, rejects or accepts, good thoughts or bad thoughts, by staring intently at self-aware self-nature, the meditation of non-grasping self-abiding will nakedly arise, and this alone is the effortless or spontaneously accomplished meditation, like a river. Add a little to that
