Just as one lamp gives rise to two, or an image appears in a mirror, visualize yourself as a wrathful form. In front of you, in the manner of a wisdom being, residing at the edge of a fire, at its heart, as before, visualize the heart mantra ཛཔྲ་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized, Chinese literal meaning) wheel. Then, as I recite, the mantra garland, along with light rays, circles the Hum syllable three times to the right. Light rays emanate from the Hum syllable, passing through the crown of the head, and in the center of your enjoyment wheel, visualize a red Hum syllable. Again, circling it three times to the right, the mantra garland, along with light rays, emerges from your mouth. It enters the mouth of the wisdom wrathful deity in front of you. As before, at the throat, visualize a clear Hum syllable, rotating to the right, passing through the light rays of the Hum syllable at the heart, the mantra garland encircles the Hum syllable, circling three times to the right, passing through the central channel, the mantra garland emerges from the navel. It enters your own navel, and through the central channel, it resides in your heart as before. In this way, continuously and to the best of your ability, contemplate and recite. If you feel tired, then at the end of the heart mantra of whichever is more comfortable, yourself or the deity in front, rest the mantra garland without letting your mind wander, and recite ཛཔ྄་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized, Chinese literal meaning) or alternate recitation as you please. During breaks, recite a few Doli mantras at the end, and cultivate the firm pride that the wisdom deity in front has merged into you. This is the Doli or container recitation, or the method of reciting in the skull, which is the third session of contemplation. After that is the expanding and contracting recitation. The guru's form, peaceful and wrathful, and the transformation of mantras, all three of the expanding and contracting recitations are just like what was said before in the peaceful section, only slightly altering the key points of visualization. Here, when the second stage of expanding and contracting is accomplished, or at any other appropriate time, the recitation of the wrathful deity should be performed. Then, from the light rays of the mantra garland, weapons and flames shoot forth, and visualize that when we, the teachers and disciples, practice the Dharma and Bodhi, all the hosts of enemies, obstacles, and sorcerers who harm and obstruct us are hooked with iron hooks, bound with ropes, and their heart blood is sucked by iron scorpions. The spokes of the wheel are pierced, and they are cut with weapons. The wrathful deities, wrathful mothers, and the eight classes of beings enjoy flesh, blood, and organs as a feast offering. The remaining things are burned by fire and wind into minute particles. Reciting this mantra is especially excellent, without performing the full-fledged wrathful deity practice, only the mantras of peaceful activities are needed.

When combined in this way, other arising occur naturally in addition to the generation stage and completion stage. It should be known that the generation stage and completion stage, as well as these two, are the fundamental points. Finally, during the peaceful phase, perform the all-pervading recitation, and the recitation of body, speech, and mind, etc., focusing on whatever is convenient, and reciting as much as possible, which is the fourth session. Furthermore, in the commentary on the tantras, it says: "From the garland of mantras, rays of red and black light, the fire of wisdom, and weapons, etc., emanate, destroying all unruly and malicious beings." Thus, the recitation of the wrathful one is taught. All of existence and appearance are clearly visualized as the body of the wrathful vidyadhara. Thus, the all-pervading recitation is taught. The amount of recitation is one hundred thousand heart mantras, which is the recitation. As it appears, one-twelfth of the hundred thousand peaceful syllables is intended to be recited for the wrathful one. However, the blessings and benefits of this mantra are inconceivable, and it is extensively discussed in the tantras of the blood-drinking wrathful play and other fierce practices. No matter how much it is recited, it is good and excellent. The mantra for subduing the eight classes of beings, etc., should be adapted to the occasion. As it is said, it is easy to understand. Although the concluding yoga of the wrathful one is not explicitly stated, if the peaceful, wrathful, and enriching practices are combined on the same seat, and the meditation and recitation are piled together in one session, with the upper dissolving into light and the lower arising, it seems to be the intention of the continuous commentary. If it is not one session, but rather separate meditation and recitation, the conclusion should also be done during the peaceful phase, because the treasure text is held by the vajra words. It should be understood that this is necessary. Therefore, the conclusion should be done during the peaceful phase, which is the manifestation of illusion. Furthermore, even when abiding in the state of primordial purity in non-conceptuality, the stages of gathering are in accordance with the generation stage, and it should be known that there is no contradiction in this itself. Thus, the four sessions of the wrathful one are combined into one great session, which is the sixth contemplation of the main generation stage. Fourth, practicing in a most secret or true manner, at the beginning of the first session, perform the meditation and recitation of the peaceful and wrathful guru, After doing whatever is appropriate, one's own wrathful form dissolves into light, and one becomes the dakini of the wisdom realm, with the face of a lion. That is, on the seat of lotus, sun, and human corpse, the wisdom dakini is sky blue in color, like the color of a clear sky, residing in the majestic form of a lion-faced being. Possessing three eyes, with an open mouth, a curled tongue, and bared fangs.
