垫。面向四方,四位英雄金刚的种子字,东方为白色Ra(藏文:ར་,梵文天城体:र,梵文罗马拟音:ra,汉语字面意思:ra),南方为黄色Tsa(藏文:ཙ་,梵文天城体:च,梵文罗马拟音:ca,汉语字面意思:ca),西方为红色Hri(藏文:ཧྲི་,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍),北方为绿色Ya(藏文:ཡ་,梵文天城体:य,梵文罗马拟音:ya,汉语字面意思:亚),以父的姿态面向内。对此,四部空行母以拥抱结合的姿态,东方Ra(藏文:ར་,梵文天城体:र,梵文罗马拟音:ra,汉语字面意思:ra)的前方为白色Ha(藏文:ཧ་,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:哈),同样,南方为黄色Ri(藏文:རི་,梵文天城体:रि,梵文罗马拟音:ri,汉语字面意思:ri),西方为红色Ni(藏文:ནི་,梵文天城体:णि,梵文罗马拟音:ṇi,汉语字面意思:尼),北方为绿色Sa(藏文:ས་,梵文天城体:स,梵文罗马拟音:sa,汉语字面意思:萨),面向外。按照修法,本尊母的意心种子字是蓝色Hri(藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍),但此处以使佛陀英雄父母尊显现为白色的缘故,将两个Hri(藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍)视为白色。这些种子字并非臆造,而是必定如此的原因。在《义成自在》中说:“本尊母的心间,日月之盒内,中央是Hri(藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍)Ma(藏文:མ་,梵文天城体:म,梵文罗马拟音:ma,汉语字面意思:玛)Ra(藏文:ར་,梵文天城体:र,梵文罗马拟音:ra,汉语字面意思:ra)Tsa(藏文:ཙ་,梵文天城体:च,梵文罗马拟音:ca,汉语字面意思:擦)Hri(藏文:ཧྲི་,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍)Ya(藏文:ཡ་,梵文天城体:य,梵文罗马拟音:ya,汉语字面意思:亚)等,Ha(藏文:ཧ་,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:哈)Ri(藏文:རི་,梵文天城体:रि,梵文罗马拟音:ri,汉语字面意思:日)Ni(藏文:ནི་,梵文天城体:णि,梵文罗马拟音:ṇi,汉语字面意思:尼)Sa(藏文:ས་,梵文天城体:स,梵文罗马拟音:sa,汉语字面意思:萨)种子字面面相合环绕。”因此,进行分别念的智者们不必疑惑。此外,父母二尊的所有脉轮元素都是英雄空行母的自性,外围也被持明英雄空行母、护法神等不可思议的眷属所围绕。如《秘密长寿事业》中所说:“Hri(藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍)!

Mat. Facing the four directions, the seed syllables of the four heroes and heroines are: in the east, white Ra (藏文:ར་,梵文天城体:र,梵文罗马拟音:ra,汉语字面意思:ra); in the south, yellow Tsa (藏文:ཙ་,梵文天城体:च,梵文罗马拟音:ca,汉语字面意思:ca); in the west, red Hri (藏文:ཧྲི་,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍); and in the north, green Ya (藏文:ཡ་,梵文天城体:य,梵文罗马拟音:ya,汉语字面意思:亚), facing inward in the manner of the father. To this, the four classes of dakinis embrace and unite: in front of the eastern Ra (藏文:ར་,梵文天城体:र,梵文罗马拟音:ra,汉语字面意思:ra) is white Ha (藏文:ཧ་,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:哈); similarly, in the south is yellow Ri (藏文:རི་,梵文天城体:रि,梵文罗马拟音:ri,汉语字面意思:ri); in the west is red Ni (藏文:ནི་,梵文天城体:णि,梵文罗马拟音:ṇi,汉语字面意思:尼); and in the north is green Sa (藏文:ས་,梵文天城体:स,梵文罗马拟音:sa,汉语字面意思:萨), facing outward. According to the sadhana, the heart-essence syllable of the mother is blue Hri (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍), but here, because the reason for making the Buddha-hero parents white is that both Hri (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍) are considered white. The reason why these seed syllables are not fabricated but are definitely like this is that, according to Don Wang, "In the heart of the mother, within the casket of the sun and moon, in the center are Hri (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍) Ma (藏文:མ་,梵文天城体:म,梵文罗马拟音:ma,汉语字面意思:玛) Ra (藏文:ར་,梵文天城体:र,梵文罗马拟音:ra,汉语字面意思:ra) Tsa (藏文:ཙ་,梵文天城体:च,梵文罗马拟音:ca,汉语字面意思:擦) Hri (藏文:ཧྲི་,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍) Ya (藏文:ཡ་,梵文天城体:य,梵文罗马拟音:ya,汉语字面意思:亚), and Ha (藏文:ཧ་,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:哈) Ri (藏文:རི་,梵文天城体:रि,梵文罗马拟音:ri,汉语字面意思:日) Ni (藏文:ནི་,梵文天城体:णि,梵文罗马拟音:ṇi,汉语字面意思:尼) Sa (藏文:ས་,梵文天城体:स,梵文罗马拟音:sa,汉语字面意思:萨) seed syllables face each other and encircle." Therefore, those who fabricate with conceptual thought should not doubt. Furthermore, all the elements of the father and mother are of the nature of heroes and dakinis, and the outer surroundings are also surrounded by inconceivable retinues of vidyadhara heroes and dakinis, dharma protectors, and guardians. As it says in the Secret Life Empowerment ritual, "Hri (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍)! In the past, from the realm of Sukhavati..." and so on, reciting the invocation mantra, invite Sukhavati, Copper-Colored Mountain (Zangdok Palri), and other realms of the three kayas, and especially the three places of manifestation, such as the Sindhu Sea, Maratika, and Yama Lung, invite the assembly of the three kayas of longevity deities with their retinues as if they were vividly present with intense longing. By dissolving them into oneself and the front, without duality, purify the conceptual thoughts of ordinary clinging, and take pride in having transformed into the nature of the wisdom deity, and remain in that state. Perform the offerings and praises according to the sequence of the ritual, light incense and lamps in the mandala, and moisten the longevity spike with medicine and alcohol. As for reciting the mantra, the root text of the ritual says, "Unite with the deity and recite the secret mantra, and at times, contemplate the meaning of the selfless deity." Although only this is said, it is concise and profound, because the former verse indicates the recitation of the generation stage of union, expansion, and contraction, and the latter indicates the method of placing the mind on the completion stage. However, for those who are very familiar with the nature of reality, the recitation of the union of the generation and completion stages is simple and can bring out the expansion and contraction of wisdom, making it very effective. However, accustomed to the completion stage

If there is no focused gathering and dispersing due to smallness, there is no other way than to wander boundlessly under conceptualization. Therefore, focused gathering and dispersing is very important. However, since this path is only related to Ati Yoga, it is said that original purity is more important than the focus of gathering and dispersing, so there is no detailed focus. But according to the general tantric practice of the four branches of recitation and accomplishment, it is better to add Doli etc. Therefore, the practice of grasping the meaning of those is: From my heart, the mantra garland and rays of light entwine the thread and go forth, stimulating the mind stream of the deity of the vase of the front generation, and offering worship. The rays of light radiate outwards, offering to the Buddhas of the ten directions, and accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings. In particular, it increases the life and merit of all sentient beings. Gathering back and dissolving into oneself, purifying the sins and obscurations of the three doors of body, speech, and mind, especially the karmic obscurations of short life and their habitual tendencies, this is recitation. Also, the rays of light radiate, training the three of appearance, sound, and awareness as the play of deity and mantra. Gathering back, purifying the vessel and essence as the body, speech, and mind of the deity, inviting the form of deity, mantra, and wisdom, dissolving into oneself and the front, this is approaching recitation. From oneself and the front, The light of the life force of the father's heart comes out of the father's mouth and enters the mother's mouth. From the mother's space, it enters the father's secret place. Making the gathering and dispersing that dissolves into the father's life force into a circle, this is Doli. From the recitation and the gathering and dispersing of oneself and the front, the rays of light radiate in the ten directions. Gathering back all that has been taken away by myself and the one to be accomplished, such as life, decline, dissipation, the eight classes, spirits, and mantra practitioners, and dissolving them into oneself and the front, along with the accomplishment substances. If the main purpose is to benefit others, then it is also possible to generate the one to be accomplished in the main vase, such as the nine mothers of the new lineage, and there is no contradiction in doing so. But there is no special explanation in our own tradition. In the "Undying Nectar Swirl," it says: The lord of life himself in the heart, In the center of the eight-petaled white lotus, In the center of the five-colored light vajra cross, In the center of the sun and moon gau, The life syllable of beings, the syllable Na (Tibetan: ནྲྀ་ཡིག་གི, Sanskrit Devanagari: नृ, Sanskrit Romanization: nṛ, Chinese literal meaning: Na), In the center, the unchanging golden Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om). And so on, so there is a reliable basis. However, the above Those mentioned do not need to be meditated on in detail, but
