圣众们，以及诸佛菩萨上师持明者，对三时无漏的一切善资粮，以信心随喜供养。吽吽！上师持明善逝空行母垂念！众生因业和无明因缘所迫，于法匮乏，昏暗迷茫漂泊时，祈请转动三乘密咒之法轮。吽吽！对于那些厌倦调伏所化众生之行，以及超越时限前往其他刹土的一切大士，为了度脱有海，祈请长久住世。吽吽！我等善妙之庄稼，所有的一切，为了以长久的善，令一切众生皆得满足，为了在殊胜精华之地上生长，回向三轮无缘普贤界。吽吽！以不净业和恶缘之显现，沉溺于轮回苦海之中，无有解脱之时，六道众生，愿获得自解脱圆满之智慧。嗡！我从此时起直至菩提果，一切功德之源，成就殊胜之所，皈依上师仁波切。对于随应所化而行利益众生之事，皈依本尊坛城众。断证圆满，证悟智慧增长，皈依十方诸佛。从佛语中化现为文字，皈依经教证法之圣法。以大悲心行利益众生之大力，皈依地上菩萨众。为了调伏所化，示现四种事业，皈依护法誓盟众。诶玛吙！我从此时起直至生生世世，愿做引导六道众生之导师。我以三时所积之善根，愿一切众生皆得菩提果。吙！愿自生觉性自显法身，证悟真实心髓，祈请加持。供养曼扎以实物和意幻供养。那摩！于大自在宫殿中央之莲座上，须弥山王雄伟庄严，七金山和七嬉戏海之中，具有柔软坚固珍宝之墙，四大洲和八小洲围绕四方，以天人和人间的欲妙庄严。

To the noble assembly, and to all the flawless virtues of the three times of the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Lamas, and Vidyadharas, I offer my joyful devotion. Hum Hum! Lama Vidyadhara, Sugata, Dakini, please consider! When beings are impoverished by Dharma, darkened and wandering due to the power of karma and ignorance, I pray that the wheel of the Three Vehicles of Mantra be turned. Hum Hum! All the great beings who are weary of taming those to be tamed, and who intend to depart to other realms beyond the time, I pray that they remain long to liberate the ocean of existence. Hum Hum! All the crops of virtue of myself and others, for the sake of satisfying all beings with lasting virtue, and for the sake of growing on the ground of supreme essence, I dedicate them to the Samantabhadra space, free from the three spheres. Hum Hum! By the impure appearances of karma and evil conditions, having been immersed in the ocean of samsara, the six classes of beings without a time of liberation, may they attain the self-liberated and complete wisdom. Om! From this time until the essence, the source of all qualities, the place of supreme accomplishment, I take refuge in the precious Lama. To the Yidam deities who accomplish the benefit of beings by taming whatever needs to be tamed, I take refuge. Exhaustive abandonment is completed, the wisdom of realization increases, I take refuge in the Buddhas of the ten directions. From the Buddha's speech, appearing as manifested letters, I take refuge in the sacred Dharma of scripture and realization. With great compassion, performing the great power of benefiting beings, I take refuge in the assembly of Bodhisattvas on the bhumis. For the sake of taming those to be tamed, showing the four activities, I take refuge in the assembly of Dharma protectors and oath-bound ones. Emaho! From this time until lifetimes, may I be the leader who guides the six realms of beings. By the roots of virtue accumulated by me in the three times, may all beings attain enlightenment. Ho! May the self-arisen awareness, the self-manifested Dharmakaya, be blessed to realize the true essence. I offer the mandala of offerings with real and imagined wealth. Namo! On the lotus in the center of the great powerful palace, Mount Meru is majestic and dignified, in the midst of the seven golden mountains and the seven playful seas, it has soft, strong, and precious walls, the four continents and eight subcontinents surround the directions, adorned with the desirable qualities of gods and humans.

In the bardo gathered by worldly karma, The clinging to my body as extremely precious, Together with the land, wealth, and the desired range of enjoyment, Loving parents, friendly friends and supports, Sons and daughters surrounded by loving relatives, Possessing food, wealth, clothing, enjoyment, and ornaments, Adorned with radiance, luster, color, and beautiful self-light, The cherished possessions of this world of mine, which are held dear by the clinging mind, I offer to the incarnate body of Guru Ratna. From the realm of my clinging to afflictions, I pray that you reveal the great pure wisdom! HUNG!
