Then, in order to bestow the empowerment of practicing mantra, the assembly of Tathagata deities filling the sky bestow empowerment. The vidyas sing the vajra song. The heart consorts make offerings. The heroes speak auspicious words. The wrathful ones dispel obstacles and perform the activity of protection, blessing you. May you have the faith that your hearing sense of ear is the nature of Ratnasambhava, the sense of tongue is the nature of Amitabha, the thinking is the nature of Vajrasattva, all actions of the limbs are the nature of Amoghasiddhi, and all the play of self-awareness, mind, and phenomena, including movement, is the nature of Samantabhadra, the victorious one, expanded into the great seal. If there is a mandala of five grains, place them in their respective positions. If not, place a drop of nectar. Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ)! The nature of the hearing sense of ear is, the Tathagata Ratnasambhava, all hearing is the Buddha's speech, hearing is self-liberated, in equanimity. Trāṃ trāṃ trāṃ trāṃ trāṃ! Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ)! The nature of the speaking tongue is, the Tathagata Amitabha, all speaking is the Buddha's sound, speaking is self-liberated, in discriminating wisdom. Hrīḥ hrīḥ hrīḥ hrīḥ hrīḥ! Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ)! The support of the thinking mind is, the nature Samantabhadra Vajrasattva, all remembrance is the Buddha's mind, remembrance is self-liberated, in the nature of reality. Hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ! Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ)! The five limbs of action are, the Tathagata Amoghasiddhi, all actions are the Buddha's activity, formation is self-liberated, in accomplishment. Hā hā hā hā hā! Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ)! The Vajra King of Great Bliss, the self-nature all-pervading Samantabhadra, the vast Dharma realm of Samantabhadra, the moving victorious one's great seal. Oṃ oṃ oṃ oṃ oṃ! Generate faith in obtaining the power and authority to practice the benefit of oneself and others through listening, explaining, meditating, and acting on the profound great secret tantras, agamas, and instructions. Then, in order to descend the actual wisdom, please generate faith in this way. Cleanse with the water of the action vase. From emptiness, in the center of the palace with the protective circle of the place where you are, on the seat of the lotus stem, sun, and moon stacked, you are all the lama Sugata.

The sixth aggregate, Vajradhara, with a blue body, one face, and two arms, the right hand holding a vajra at the heart, and the left hand holding a silver bell resting on the hip, adorned with the complete ornaments of the Sambhogakaya, clearly visualized, embracing the consort Vajrayogini, red in color, holding a curved knife and a skull cup. Both are purified from the five poisons, residing in the expanse of the five wisdoms, from (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) at the crown, from (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah) at the throat, from (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) at the heart, rays of light emanate, and the gurus, vidyadharas, and peaceful and wrathful deities appear like a flurry of snow and a blizzard, dissolving into yourselves, generate this faith. Accompanied by descending substances and music: HŪṂ! From the heart's essence, HŪṂ radiates, Buddhas of ten directions, three times, Descend like rain in the sky, May yogis' three doors be vajra. Gurus, vidyadharas, with lineage, Flash like lightning in the sky, Transfer wisdom to channels, elements, wind. Dakinis, oath-bound protectors, Erupt like steam from the earth, Transfer great power of awareness to oneself. HŪṂ HŪṂ HŪṂ! Guru Deva Dakini! Sarva Samaya A Ral Li Phem Phem! Sarva Samaya A Beshaya A A! Maha Ram Manu Taram! JAH JAH JAH! RA RA RA! Tsalaya Tsalaya Hum Hum Phat Phat! Thus descend. By descending in this way, the blessings of wisdom enter the mindstream, experience is free from conceptualization, look at your own nature that is clear like the sky. Let them rest in equanimity. The flower that was given earlier, from the nature of equality Dharmakaya, visualize it as the essence of Samantabhadra's mind, Vajrasattva's own manifestation, offer it to the mandala in front, and recite this: HO!
