Meditate! All sentient beings, especially harmful spirits and demons, are only kind parents. How wonderful it would be if all of them possessed all happiness and were endowed with the perfect root of virtue, the cause of happiness! Meditate from the bottom of your heart! With each exhalation, may all my virtues and happiness be completely absorbed into all sentient beings, especially demons and local deities, without exception. Meditate that they will temporarily have perfect happiness and quickly become fortunate enough to attain Buddhahood. May all my happiness and virtue be attained by all sentient beings! Say this. All sentient beings, especially demons and harmful beings, have wandered in endless samsara in the past. Even now, due to harmful thoughts and cruelty, they must wander in endless evil realms, which is so pitiful! How wonderful it would be if they were all free from all the sufferings of samsara and free from the cause of suffering, sinful and unwholesome thoughts and actions! Meditate from the bottom of your heart. With each inhalation, may all the suffering and defilements of all sentient beings, especially demons, local deities, and harmful beings, be completely absorbed into the (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized: hrīḥ, meaning: shame) syllable at my heart. Just as adding wood to a flame, all obscurations and suffering are quickly burned away. Meditate that you and the (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized: hrīḥ, meaning: shame) syllable are more radiant than before. How wonderful it would be if all demons and sentient beings were inseparable from the pure and supreme bliss! Meditate that all demons and sentient beings are equal as parents, and cultivate impartial equanimity towards all. If you want to expand, you can give your body as a gift, as much or as little as you can. Even if you don't do that, this own tradition is sufficient. The root of practice is the accumulation of merit of the Kusulu tradition, as taught in the Lamrim of Dharma Practice, and the visualization of Todzhalma in the secret instruction texts. Do one hundred and eight visualizations per session, or according to your age, or twenty-one. If it is difficult to complete, do about seven times. Also, it is important to integrate the time of opening the sky, visualize that within your body, the central channel is open and clear like a bamboo tube from the secret place to the crown of your head. Four fingers below the navel, visualize your consciousness, which is the essence of life force, as a radiant white and red drop, like a bird's egg or a wet kidney bean.

May the consciousness of Ma ignite the bindu. From the secret place, dissolve it into your own bindu below the navel. Then, with Phat! (藏文,फट,phaṭ,断), the bindu shoots out from the crown of the head. In the sky of the crown, dissolve it into the heart of Vajravarahi, clear as described in the scriptures. The yogini also dissolves into the assembly of deities of the three roots. Then, like a rainbow dissolving, remain in non-conceptuality for a moment, mixing space and awareness. Again, may your own mind, the noble lady, arise like a fish leaping from water. Dissolve the retinue, mounts, and corpses of the sick into your own corpse. This is the burning of the corpse. Then, the visualization of offering my body is as described in the guiding texts. Phat! (藏文,फट,phaṭ,断) The white offering is that the corpse transforms into an ocean of nectar-like milk, the three whites, the three sweets, auspicious substances and symbols, royal power, and so on, and is offered to the Three Jewels. Phat! (藏文,फट,phaṭ,断) May the substances to be relied upon become substances for accomplishment, and may the Dharma protectors be propitiated. Phat! (藏文,फट,phaṭ,断) May my own citta transform into desired food, drink, and enjoyment, and may the six realms be satisfied. Phat! (藏文,फट,phaṭ,断) May karmic debts be purified. Phat! (藏文,फट,phaṭ,断) May grains, medicines, precious jewels, silks, and armor transform and please the local deities. Phat! (藏文,फट,phaṭ,断) May it be meditated that nectar and various Naga medicines transform and cure Naga diseases. Phat! (藏文,फट,phaṭ,断) May the powerless visualize receiving the remnants of whatever enjoyment they desire. Then, the red offering is: Phat! (藏文,फट,phaṭ,断) May you yourself, as the noble lady, flay the skin with a hooked knife, spread it out, and cover the three thousand worlds. On top of that, may the corpse, with a hooked knife the size of a finger, transform into whatever is desired: meat mountains, blood oceans, boiled, roasted, and fresh. May all the gods and demons who delight in meat and blood eat without remainder, and may you meditate on them being delighted and satisfied. Then, in all session breaks, if it is for the sake of the sick, elaborate on the visualization of each disease as it arises from elsewhere, or focus on the visualization from your own tradition's obstacle clearing. If it is for extracting the essence, strive to visualize compassion, loving-kindness, illusory body, generation stage, emptiness, or whatever is being extracted, as it exists in the texts. If, having done so, signs of begging do not appear, then generate yourself as the terrifying black noble lady and engage in ascetic practices. If it is a lake, meditate on stirring the lake and all the Naga palaces with a golden vajra in your right hand. For those who are sick, meditate on holding a hammer in your hand and demolishing their dwelling and everything with it from its foundations. For rocks, meditate on striking their dwelling with a sky-iron vajra in your right hand, causing it to crackle. For trees, hold gold in your hand.
