Visualize the door of the iron house covered with iron and a net of life, with countless wrathful heads facing down, all the robbers with their heads facing down, and their feet entangled in the net. May this person be cast into the Avici hell immediately, never to be liberated. Devour this body right now, leaving not even a sesame seed's worth of residue, do it right now. Four hundred and four types of diseases, eighty thousand types of obstacles, fifteen great child demons, twenty-one thousand sudden illnesses, three hundred and sixty types of evil spirits, release them all immediately. Unable to get sick, unable to die, unable to breathe in and out, if you don't do it right now, then to hell with you. If you don't do it right now, then take this disease and this demon. Release the body and the body's demon. If you don't do these two things, I will stay here until samsara is empty. Grind the flesh of lepers, the flesh of the unclean, the flesh of the disabled into a paste. Create an ocean of the blood of lepers, the blood of the unclean, the placental blood of unclean places, and poisonous blood. Send out white furnaces, red furnaces, blue furnaces, all kinds of furnaces. Fill the land with the smoke of foul substances. Split rocks, cut down trees, stir up lakes and springs. Topple mountains, build shrines. Invert heaven and earth. Until this sky is destroyed, you spirits and demons will not be separated, not even for a moment will you move. Thus say. Think about it again and again. Therefore, accomplish the activity right now. ཕཊཿ Say it three times. If there is no patient, call out to the spirits and demons, saying: Listen, all of you. I will explain the sacred Dharma to you. I have come to generate the mind of enlightenment and to place you on the level of Buddhahood. Accomplish my activity. If it is a rain invocation, I have come to cause rain to fall in order to save all sentient beings from the fear of famine. Cause a great rain to fall that covers the world. If you cannot do that much, then cause a great rain to fall in certain places. If you do not do that, etc., as stated above. Then, while sitting on the cushion, visualize yourself as a wrathful mother, dark blue, terrifying, holding a hammer and an iron hook. By reciting ཧཱུྃ་ seven times, countless wrathful mothers like yourself emanate from your body, and everything outside becomes wrathful mothers.
