到来的地方确定无疑，吉祥啊！ 还有，从邬金莲师的伏藏断法中说：相比于实际布施无量有为的饮食资财，以无执着的意念布施身体，一次善行的功德更大。相比于在普通的地方禅修一年，在险地山洞里修行一天，转变更大。相比于普遍的修法持续一个月，修持一次断除魔障的诀窍，道验更快。总之，无论出现什么神通和障碍，相比于祈求一百次护卫自己，用“吃吧，用吧！拿吧！”这些话语更高兴。相比于对一百个护法神进行驱赶，委托一千个神鬼吃食更高兴。相比于系上一百个护身符，一次“生也快乐，死也快乐”更高兴。如是说。这段话是秘密教导次第五之中的，为了增补取出精要的断法教导，莲师的伏藏断法等断法典籍，以及智慧上师等噶陀派的，词句少意义多，简明易懂地阐述。书写此文的过失，向护法空行母和，伏藏守护神誓言者们深深忏悔。书写此文的善业，愿修证的增益，如上弦月般增长，愿莲花生在此生证得。名为热嘎之人如是说，在寂静的房屋里以饶益之心书写。巴瓦图（梵文天城体：भवन्तु，梵文罗马拟音：Bhavantu，愿存在），萨玛雅（梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：Samaya，誓言），阿提（梵文天城体：अथि，梵文罗马拟音：Athi，是）。 从意修精华总集中，秘密教导次第五之中的取出精要的断法教导的笔记。

Auspiciousness, as the place of arrival is definitely determined! Furthermore, from the Treasure Cutting of Orgyen Padma: Compared to actually giving away immeasurable conditioned food and wealth, giving away the body with a mind free from attachment, the merit of each virtuous act is greater. Compared to meditating for a year in an ordinary place, practicing for one day in a dangerous mountain retreat brings about a greater transformation. Compared to practicing general Dharma continuously for a month, taking one session of the instruction on cutting off demons will lead to quicker signs of the path. In general, no matter what miraculous powers or obstacles arise, compared to praying a hundred times to protect oneself, one is happier with the words "Eat! Use! Take!". Compared to repelling a hundred guardian deities, one is happier entrusting food to a thousand gods and demons. Compared to tying on a hundred amulets for protection, one is happier with one instance of "Happy in life, happy in death." Thus it is said. This passage is from the five stages of secret instructions, as a supplement to the instruction on cutting off the essence. The Cutting texts such as the Treasure Cutting of Padma, and the concise, meaningful, easy-to-understand explanations of the Katok tradition such as the Wisdom Lama, are arranged clearly. I deeply confess any errors in writing this to the Dharma protectors, Dakinis, and the oath-bound treasure guardians. May the merit of writing this increase the gains of practice and realization like the waxing moon, and may Padmasambhava be accomplished in this life.
