With the assembly of Langka, including A-dro Ging, the seven mothers and four sisters, mistresses of the charnel ground, the twenty-eight powerful messengers of Bharma, adorned in charnel ground attire, possessing a terrifying demeanor, flower garlands hanging low, a bell girdle around the waist, holding a jeweled bowl in hand, taking the offering of torma, accept this remainder offering according to the command of auspiciousness, accomplish the entrusted activities of the yogi. Please bestow blessings in this supreme place, grant me the empowerment of accomplishment. Dispel obstacles and wrong guidance, eliminate hindrances, grant supreme and common siddhis. Pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful, may you quickly accomplish the activities of each. May you liberate the ten realms to be liberated. May you protect the Buddha's teachings. May you praise the virtues of the Three Jewels. May you subdue the enemies of the yogis. May you gather gods, demons, and humans under your control. May you pacify the diseases of the four elements. Pacify the thoughts of the five poisons. After that, the Torma Empowerment is given: The Torma, during the time of recitation and practice, is known as the deity and offering substances. At the time of empowerment, it is known as the complete Three Roots. Afterwards, at the time of enjoyment, it is known as accomplishment.
