Straighten the body. Eliminate impure air three times. Visualize yourself clearly as the deity, in the center of the body is the Avadhuti nadi, white outside and red inside, with the nature of light, like a pillar erected in an empty room. Hold the vase breath with four combinations, combine the life force, focus the mind in the central channel, and forcefully restrain the breath. Second, the main part. The upper end of the central channel is on the crown of the head, the center of various vajras is blue, inside it is the Dharma source from the A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A), and the five-pointed vajra from the HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: HUM), in the center is the HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: HUM) syllable on the moon, with white and red radiance, and finally on the bindu of HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: HUM), focus the mind one-pointedly and rest in equanimity. From there, when the breath and mind move, the light rays from the bindu of HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: HUM), and the breath itself enter the Dhuti, contemplate the arising of the wisdom of bliss. Similarly, in the secret place, various vajras, Dharma sources, etc., contemplate and focus the mind as before. It is said. The object of the main part is: the sequence of various vajras with seeds, that is: the upper end with the empty central channel on the crown of the head, the four corners of various vajras, east white, north green, west red, south yellow, center blue, inside the center dwelling empty, there is a triangular red Dharma source. In its center, the five-pointed vajra from the HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: HUM) syllable, red lying down, in the center on the moon mandala, the HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: HUM) syllable white with red radiance, clearly visualize, the mind dwells as it is. Finally, only on the bindu of HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: HUM), focus the mind one-pointedly and rest in equanimity. From there, when the breath and mind move and do not stay, the light rays from the bindu of HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: HUM) and the movement of breath, both enter the Dhuti, think that the wisdom of bliss arises fully, and hold the vase breath strongly, this is the explanation. Similarly, at the lower end of the central channel in the secret place, also clearly visualize various vajras, Dharma sources, inside the center of the five-pointed vajra with the HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: HUM) syllable on the moon, and finally focus the mind on the bindu of HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: HUM) and rest in equanimity, do as before. Second, to enhance with the object of the limbs, when the sense consciousness enters the object, expand and contemplate in that and that place. It is said, that is, relying on the senses, when the consciousnesses each enter their own objects, expand wherever they enter.

Therefore, it is necessary to expand and meditate. For example, when eye consciousness comes into contact with form, in the center of the two eyeballs, meditate on various vajras etc. as before, and maintain focus. In this way, extend to the two ear holes, nostrils etc., the root of the tongue, the tip of the sexual organ etc., meditate, and control the breath and mind. Third, how does experience arise from that? Through diligent practice, as an external sign of the breath and mind being mastered, experiences such as smoke will arise, and internally, one will experience the wisdom of luminosity with signs merging into the mindstream. As it is said, like this, through diligent practice in four sessions etc., as an external sign of the breath and mind being mastered in the central channel, the experience of smoke and fireflies etc. appearing as sense objects will steadily arise, and internally, one will experience the wisdom of luminosity with signs, like the sky, merging into the mindstream. Fourth, how does the samadhi of enhancement and its fruit arise? That samadhi of enhancement is the method of meditating without seeds, keeping the body straight, exhaling air from the right nostril, and visualizing a red sun mandala appearing at the brow center. Exhaling from the left nostril, visualize a white moon mandala appearing above it. Exhaling from both nostrils simultaneously, above the sun and moon, visualize five clusters of light points shining, with the central one blue, the eastern one white, the southern one yellow, the western one red, and the northern one green, and sequentially make them the object of focus, concentrating without distraction, and maintaining it for a long time. Similarly, also expand and meditate at the tip of the secret place and the doors of the senses, and through the breath and mind becoming workable, wisdom such as the divine eye will arise.
