Dza ho! Hung Hrih! From the palace of the northern treasure, King Vaishravana, together with a retinue of billions of wealth deities, come here and accept this feast offering. Fulfill your commitment, confess transgressions, liberate dualistic enemies and obstacles into space, and blend flesh and blood, bliss and emptiness, into your mouths. Grant supreme and common siddhis. OM AH HUNG VASUDEVA SAPARIWARA GANA CHAKRA PUJA HO! HUNG HRIH! All the vast array of Three Roots and Dharma Protectors, fulfill your commitment, we beseech and offer to you. Incense, flowers, lights, and so on, with outer offerings of divine substances, we fulfill your commitment. Forms, sounds, smells, tastes, and textures, with inner offerings of self-arisen nature, we fulfill your commitment. Mudras such as the lotus-hand, and secret offerings of union, we fulfill your commitment. Auspicious substances, symbols, royal power, and so on, with glorious wealth, we fulfill your commitment. Sixteen Vajra consorts, and so on, with wondrous offerings, we fulfill your commitment. Medicine, torma, rakta, union, liberation, and so on, with extraordinary offerings, we fulfill your commitment. The naturally pure Bodhichitta, with the supreme and ultimate offering, we fulfill your commitment. HUNG HRIH! We fulfill the commitment of the root and lineage lamas, grant blessings and bestow the four empowerments. We fulfill the commitment of the peaceful and wrathful yidams, grant supreme and common siddhis. We fulfill the commitment of the heroes and dakinis, generate wisdom in the channels, elements, and winds. We fulfill the commitment of the ocean of Dharma Protectors, accomplish peaceful, increasing, powerful, and wrathful activities. We fulfill the commitment of the wealth deities and treasure lords, shower down wealth and prosperity like rain. HUNG HRIH! We fulfill the commitment with perfect offerings, we fulfill appearances in the expanse of mind itself, we fulfill mind itself in the great emptiness, we fulfill emptiness in the expanse of freedom from elaboration, freedom from elaboration is the unconditioned realm, we fulfill union in the expanse of the thigle. May downfalls, breakages, thoughts and obscurations be purified in space, may the wisdom mudra be manifest. Thus, with the outer feast offering, we make offerings, fulfill breakages, and accomplish all that we desire. As within, by enjoying the samaya substances, we generate joy in the skandhas and elements, the deities. The secret union increases great bliss, may supreme wisdom be manifest. Gather the leftovers and sprinkle them with nectar. HUNG BHYOH! Within, inseparable from the other three, by offering the enjoyment of the assembly, may the appearance of accomplishments increase. Second, urging the commitment: Hūṃ Hūṃ! The name of the place is Ṅayab Ling (continent west of Tibet), the summit of the Copper-Colored Glorious Mountain, from the palace of the Lotus Light, Great Bliss Lotus Vajra Power, together with the entourage of the Three Roots' ocean, from the essence of compassion and commitment, I urge you, increase the power of great wisdom, may the adverse conditions and obstacles of myself and the devoted children be pacified, may favorable conditions, longevity, merit, and goodness increase, may wind, mind, and appearances be brought under control, may the enemies and demons of wrong views be defeated, may the decline of outer and inner times be averted, may border wars and the disturbances of the four elements be averted, may the ultimate union wisdom body, the activities to be accomplished in this life, be accomplished, I beseech the Vajra protectors to uphold their vows. Hūṃ Bhyaḥ! Although not moving from the realm of Dharma, in order to protect the teachings, manifesting a burning form, glorious Mahākāla, and the black goddess Rāmatī, the siblings and the oath-bound attendants, and all those who protect the white side, please accept the offering of medicine, blood, and torma, before the three lineages of lamas, just as you have promised and vowed, may we yogis and our entourage, protect our entourage and avert obstacles, increase life, wealth, power, and lineage, may the enemy forces of seven generations be completely cut off, may the demon forces be scattered into dust, may the Buddha's teachings flourish, and may the happiness of beings increase. Śrī Mahākāla saparivāra sarva karma kuru hūṃ! (Sanskrit transliteration: Śrī Mahākāla saparivāra sarva karma kuru hūṃ, Glorious Mahākāla and retinue, accomplish all actions Hūṃ!) With the washing water of the torma, I propitiate the steadfast goddesses, Hūṃ Bhyaḥ! From above the blue sky and the peaks of steep mountains, and from dangerous places such as snow mountains, cliffs, mountains, and lakes, from all over Tibet, the oath-bound ones who protect the borders, the twelve great steadfast mothers, and the assembly of Yama-protecting mothers, come here, partake of the nectar of the washing water, before the blood-drinking lotus skull garland, and the great accomplished glorious lion, according to the oath you swore in the past, may all beings in the snowy land be happy, and may the profound treasure teachings flourish. Māma ḍākinī baliṃta khāhi karma kuru hūṃ! (Sanskrit transliteration: Māma ḍākinī baliṃta khāhi karma kuru hūṃ, O Mothers, Ḍākinīs, consume the offerings, accomplish the actions Hūṃ!) Gathered by the Vajra dance of activity, Hūṃ Hūṃ! I am the powerful lotus wrath, the glorious horse-faced one, fierce and laughing, by striking the powerful burning dance, I suppress the misleading spirits into the Dharma realm. Ha ha hi hi hūṃ hūṃ sarvaṃ bhaya nan! (Sanskrit transliteration: Ha ha hi hi hūṃ hūṃ sarvaṃ bhaya nan, Ha ha hi hi hūṃ hūṃ frighten all!) Third, requesting accomplishments.
