After introducing in this way, offer with this offering verse: The beautiful pure land is adorned with inner and outer offerings, As many pleasing and vast offerings as there are, I and others offer body, speech, and mind with reverence, For the sake of beings, please accept with joy. Om Guru Deva Dakini, Ratna Mandala Puja Megha Samudra Spharana Hum. (藏文：ཨོཾ་གུ་རུ་དེ་བ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ guru deva ḍākinī，汉语字面意思：Om Guru Deva Dakini) Offer in this way. To request for the actual empowerment, repeat after this supplication: Like the Bodhi Vajra Buddha, Just as one praises greatness with greatness, I also, for the sake of protection, Bestow upon me the space vajra. Three times. Alas! Assembly of yogic masters, Having abandoned the illusory body of the world, In the great mandala of the Vajra Skull Garland Lama, Do you frolic? After asking in this way, repeat after this supplication of response: Having abandoned your lotus feet, There is no other chief protector, Great powerful protector of beings, Please grant me great wisdom. Then, the actual empowerments are conferred in sequence: the vase empowerment that ripens the body, the secret empowerment that ripens speech, the wisdom empowerment that ripens mind, the fourth empowerment that liberates the three doors into dharmata, the subsequent permission of body, speech, and mind, then the instruction on how to conduct oneself, the taking of vows that are difficult to transgress, the blessing of the complete torma, and the entrusting of the oath protectors, making eight categories. First, the vase empowerment, which is divided into the vajra disciple's empowerment and the vajra master's empowerment. First, by taking the five bases as the path, the seeds for obtaining the five fruits are planted, so the five wisdom empowerments are conferred in sequence, meditate in this way. In an instant, you all transform into the eastern gate of the great mandala, on a precious throne supported by lions, on a lotus sun and moon cushion, the all-pervading master Vajra Skull Garland Power, dark blue, one face, with an expression of wrathful smiling. The two hands hold a vajra and bell, embracing the consort Vajra Dakini, red, holding a curved knife and skull cup. The hair is tied in a topknot, adorned with silk, jewels, and bone ornaments, the feet are in vajra and lotus posture, blazing with the self-radiance of wisdom.
