(藏文：ཁ་རཾ་ཁཱ་ཧི།) By offering the torma to you, Grant me accomplishments in return, Prolong life, increase wealth, fulfill wishes, Protect the retinue, avert obstacles, dispel hindrances. Assembly of dakas and dakinis, heroes and heroines, Fulfill your heart vows, assembly of ging! With outer, inner, and secret offerings, including tormas, Partake, assembly of heroes and heroines! You are different from others, Because in the past you took the glorious oath, Therefore, you are protectors who partake of the glorious torma, You are torma-takers bound by oath. In the presence of the master Padmasambhava, That firm vow you made, Now, I, the yogi, urge you, Partake of this torma of command! Therefore, assembly of protectors of the Tibetan realm, Rejoice in the former commitment, Accomplish the entrusted activities. La la, li li, tang tang, ting ting, Vajra sisters hūṃ bhyo hūṃ. The dance is: Then, after washing the torma plate, the yogis circle around it with the round mouth facing down, Thinking of suppressing the harm-doers, Hūṃ. Pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful activities are perfected.
