Then, outside the burning skull cup, the limitless expanse of the sky realm, above, below, and in all directions, becomes a vajra tent. On the outside, a thousand-spoked wheel rotates to the right, and a thousand-spoked wheel of weapons rotates to the left. Between the upper and lower fire wheels with a thousand spokes rotating crisscross, all the eight classes of arrogant beings are chopped into pieces, head and body. Cut. Thinking that all the realms of the world are swaying and shaking like a flame, recite: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Guru Deva Ḍākinī Arcika Nircika Namo Bhagavate Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ. Aya Madu Ruca Śana. Oṃ Vajra Hūṃ. Yakṣa Hūṃ. Rakṣa Hūṃ. Guru Ḍā Cale Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ. Phaṭ Phaṭ Phaṭ. Recite as much as possible, without letting the mind wander elsewhere, with sharp awareness. Then, at the end of the session, gather the emanated small wrathful ones into Hūṃ. Rest for a moment in the state where the wheel remains in its natural state (note: relax without fabrication, in a state of emptiness, clarity, and non-elaboration). Afterwards, dedicate the merit for the benefit of sentient beings. The benefits are that all obstacles and hindrances are pacified, all views, meditation, and samadhi increase from above, and supreme and common siddhis are quickly attained, etc., as described in the scriptures. The number of recitations is said to be twenty-two million. After the recitation is completed, the activity rituals will also be accomplished. Tormas, wheels, bathing rituals, hail protection, subduing the eight classes of beings, etc., the mother letters, son letters, and yellow scrolls of minor activities should be understood as described in the scriptures. This is written to integrate the stages of meditation into practice, combining the mother letters, son letters, and praises for the sake of practice. By this virtue, may I and all beings attain the state of the self-born Lotus King, may we rain down supreme and common siddhis, and may the wishes of all beings be fulfilled as desired.
