于修法之坛城中，祈请弥补缺失而赐予成就。于秘密真言金刚殊胜三坛城中，于灌顶与誓言入门唯一处，诋毁上师且嗔恨道友，泄露秘密，一切罪过皆忏悔。如理供养坛城殊胜三，以三摩地念诵修持立誓此，上师本尊意誓圆满后，祈请赐予殊胜与共同成就。以具信福德所作之事物，以及会供供养布施之物所用，成为鬼、穷人、饿鬼之生因，一切违背错误缺失皆忏悔。胜者供养，于众生处布施，且与福德所作之道相连，于菩提心之道路上善加圆满后，弥补缺失而祈请赐予成就。于一切时中立誓修持，然因懒惰缘起，为今生所左右，念诵修持懈怠，四座超越时，修法之誓言违犯皆忏悔。于法性菩提扩展之虚空中，生圆自性随信尽力生，以三善劝请圆满之，弥补缺失而祈请赐予成就。诸法自性清净之坛城中，显现声响忆念明觉身语意自性，知与不舍用与受持，二十八种缺失皆忏悔。内外分别清净之自性者，观修行为果实修持祈愿，日夜三摩地意界圆满之，弥补缺失而祈请赐予成就。光明大明点之坛城中，体性与自性自证不离故，意行如海无聚无散因，沉掉戏论执着皆忏悔。诸法自性大圆满之状态，轮回涅槃唯名假相自显现，自解脱原始界中圆满之，愿赐予三界解脱普贤王如来之成就。 ཧོཿ (藏文，梵文天城体：होः，梵文罗马拟音：hoḥ，汉语字面意思：吼) 秘密真言无上殊胜之大坛城，金刚颅鬘五部之坛城为主，以五欲妙欲与五智圆满，愿速疾圆满轮回涅槃大乐之成就。

In the mandala of accomplishment, I pray for the fulfillment of deficiencies and the granting of attainments. In the mandala of the secret mantra, Vajra, and the Three Supremes, In the single gateway of empowerment and samaya, I confess all faults such as: reviling the guru, being angry with fellow practitioners, and divulging secrets. Having properly made offerings to the supreme three mandalas, And having vowed to engage in samadhi, recitation, and practice, May the heart commitments of the guru and yidam be fulfilled, And may I be granted supreme and common attainments. The objects of faithful meritorious actions, And the substances used for tsok offerings, offerings, and generosity, Which have become the cause of birth as ghosts, misers, and pretas, I confess all contradictions, errors, and deficiencies. Offering to the victorious ones, giving to sentient beings in the realm, And being connected to the path of meritorious actions, Having perfected them on the path of bodhichitta, I pray for the fulfillment of deficiencies and the granting of attainments. Although I vowed to practice at all times, Due to laziness and circumstances, I have been swayed by this life. I have neglected recitation and practice, and the four sessions have passed their time. I confess all breaches of the samaya of practice. In the expanse of space where the nature of reality, bodhichitta, expands, I generate the nature of generation and completion to the best of my ability. By encouraging and fulfilling the three virtues, I pray for the fulfillment of deficiencies and the granting of attainments. In the mandala where all phenomena are naturally pure, Appearances, sounds, recollections, and awareness are the nature of body, speech, and mind, Knowing, not abandoning, using, and accepting. I confess the twenty-eight deficiencies. Possessing the nature of pure inner and outer thoughts, I aspire to practice the view, meditation, conduct, and result. By fulfilling the expanse of contemplation in day and night samadhi, I pray for the fulfillment of deficiencies and the granting of attainments. In the mandala of the great clear light bindu, Since essence, nature, and self-nature are inseparable, In the cause of the ocean of intention and action, without gathering or scattering, I confess clinging to sinking, agitation, and elaboration. In the state of the great perfection, the nature of all phenomena, Samsara and nirvana are mere names, illusions arising spontaneously, By fulfilling them in the primordially liberated sphere, May you grant the all-liberating Samantabhadra's attainment of the three realms. ཧོཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: होः, Romanized Sanskrit: hoḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吼) Great mandala of the supreme secret mantra, Primarily the mandala of the five families of Vajra Garland, May the five desirable qualities and the five wisdoms fulfill it, May the attainment of great bliss, the completion of samsara and nirvana, be swiftly granted.

Grant accomplishment. Eight consciousnesses are pure, eight Sugatas, eight supreme qualities spontaneously accomplished in the realm. Fulfill with pure samadhi, eight wisdoms. Grant the accomplishment of the eight noble limbs. Vajra King, the source of qualities, sixteen vidyadharas, the glory of perfecting the great earth. Fulfill with pure emptiness, sixteen wisdoms. Grant the accomplishment of the perfectly named Vajradhara. Pure wisdom of the five families of dakinis, possessing ten powers, fulfill with the ten perfections. Ten wisdoms are the realm of pure samadhi. Grant the accomplishment of perfecting the two benefits, self and other. The four wisdom gatekeepers who perfect permanence and annihilation. Fulfill the self-arisen clear light with four immeasurables. Bodhicitta, free from the four extremes, free from elaboration. Grant the accomplishment of the Dharmakaya Mahamudra. Clouds of offerings radiating from the desire-realm goddess, the eight charnel grounds, field protectors, and retinue. Fulfill with a sea of desire-realm offerings, clouds of offerings of appearance and existence. Grant the accomplishment of perfection in the realm of samsara and nirvana. In the mandala of accomplishing the three supreme vajras, by fulfilling the two accumulations and confessing transgressions, the four vidyadhara grounds are spontaneously accomplished. May a great rain of supreme and common accomplishments fall. Recite: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Samaye Hoḥ. This is the root of all accomplishments. It is collected from the fulfillment and confession of the general tantra of the assembled vidyadharas. Praise of the great qualities: Hūṃ Hūṃ. Abandoning the two, birth and death, a body like a vajra. The voice of Brahma proclaims the great sound of Dharma. Unchanging, spontaneously accomplished, the mind of great bliss. Praise to the lord who perfects qualities and activity. The body is the unchanging body of Samantabhadra. The speech is the undying speech of equalizing awareness. The mind is unmoving, beyond words, thought, and expression. I prostrate and praise the self-arisen Lotus King. He performs peaceful activities, Vajra Skull Garland Power. He performs enriching activities, Ratna Skull Garland Power. He performs magnetizing activities, Padma Skull Garland Power. He performs wrathful activities, Karma Skull Garland Power. All spontaneously accomplished, Buddha Skull Garland Power. I prostrate and praise the lord who perfects activity. Hrīḥ! Unstained by attachment and faults. Praise to the body of Padmasambhava. Subjugating all.
