May the samaya of the Vajra Master be fulfilled! May the samaya of the four classes of dakinis be fulfilled! May the samaya of the yidam deity assembly be fulfilled! May the samaya of the oath-bound protectors be fulfilled! May the samaya of those worthy of offering be fulfilled! Also, a skull cup filled with blood, offered for the sake of serving the mothers and dakinis. Also, sending forth thick smoke of fat, offered for the sake of serving the mothers and dakinis. Also, pouring forth an ocean of blood, offered for the sake of serving the mothers and dakinis. Also, lighting bright butter lamps, offered for the sake of serving the mothers and dakinis. Also, arranging the samaya substance torma, offered for the sake of serving the mothers and dakinis. Hūṃ Hūṃ! The wisdom dakini who performs, are not all dharmas the nature of dharma? Offering all of samsara and nirvana. The one called Vajra Dakini, is not the mind the nature of mind? Offering all of appearance and existence. The one called Jewel Dakini, are not all emanations various? Offering the offering free from grasping and clinging. The one called Padma Dakini, is not she without attachment and fault? Offering the offering of equality and completion. The one called Karma Dakini, is not she the karma mudra? Offering the offering of the five aggregates. The one called Flesh-Eating Dakini, are not they the male and female who receive the torma? Offering the offering of red flesh and blood. Oṃ Mahā Baliṃta Tete Jobaliṃta Pūja Khāhi. Offering the secret bodhicitta, focusing on the essence of the consort, with palms together. Ah! Arising from the Vajra Lotus, method and wisdom bodhicitta, great bliss wisdom great king, offering with the bliss of father-mother secret space. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Bodhicitta Guhya Jñāna Mahā Pūja Āḥ Hūṃ. The unsurpassed offering is, clarifying the profound view and meditation, Hūṃ! In the state of great perfection, all dharmas completely pure, in the space of the unmoving essence of bodhicitta, offering all phenomena of samsara and nirvana from the beginning. Enjoying in the realm without accepting or rejecting good or bad. Boundless and centerless awareness bodhicitta, unchanging spontaneously accomplished, supreme king of view, all equal vastness.

I offer in the state of Napa. Please accept the offering that is impartial, unbiased, and free from elaboration. The state of clear light, stainlessness, and bodhichitta. Supreme King of non-conceptual meditation. I offer in the space free from dullness and agitation. Please accept the state of self-arising, without clarity or obscurity. Unobstructed, self-arising awareness, bodhichitta. Supreme King of spontaneously liberated, impartial conduct. I offer in the empty and luminous space of illusion and self-appearance. Please accept the state of awareness where appearances and mind are self-liberated. The Dharma-nature bodhichitta, spontaneously perfect from the beginning. Supreme King of self-awareness, clear light, and fruition. I offer in the state of self-settled, decisive, and ground-liberated. Please accept the space of primordial Dharma-nature, Samantabhadra. All phenomena of existence and samsara are the non-appearing bodhichitta. Pure in the great primordial emptiness thigle. State of the great perfection, without outer or inner. In this spontaneously accomplished palace of self-arising awareness, With the wealth of offerings actually arranged in samadhi, I fulfill the samaya of the lamas, yidams, and dakinis. Please fulfill the broken vows and grant siddhis. In the secret mandala of selflessness and freedom from elaboration, Although I vowed to accomplish the supreme Vajra Three, The supreme samaya of uniting body, speech, and mind, I confess the root and branch transgressions. In the presence of the holy Three Jewels, the field, I arrange an ocean of outer, inner, and secret tsok offerings. Now, by fulfilling with this supreme and holy substance, Please fulfill the broken vows and grant siddhis. In the palace of the unmoving Vajra Essence, Having offered with an ocean of Samantabhadra's offering clouds, Although I took vows, I did not accomplish accordingly.
