In the gathering of fortunate Dakinis in the dwelling place, when teaching the Dharma and practicing asceticism to those who can be tamed, as promised to protect the supreme accomplishment of yoga, please accept this offering of desirable ornaments, and accomplish the activity of subduing appearances and minds. Now is the time of extreme degeneration, when it is very difficult to tame. In the palace of Dharma awakened from aspiration, the inseparable Padmakara, the master of the lotus garland, when empowering, blessing, and entrusting the lineage of the seven transmissions to the incarnate vidyadharas, as promised by the ocean of Dharma protectors born from wisdom to protect the profound treasure teachings, please accept this offering of flesh, blood, and nectar, and accomplish the activity of destroying dualistic enemies and obstacles. All the promises made before the three Kayas of the Guru, please come here and accept the torma adorned with samaya substances. Protect the yogi's retinue, avert obstacles and hindrances, and swiftly accomplish the supreme and common activities. OM SARVA JÑANA LOKA DHARMA PALA SAPARIWARA IDAM BALIMTA PUJA KHAHI! SARVA KARMA SAMAYA KURU HO! Fourth, the nectar of washing water, protecting the steadfast mothers of Tibet: HUM BHYO! Those who have vowed to protect the world of Tibet, the four sister goddesses of demons, yakshas, and medicine women, all the million Yamas and their retinues who protect the teachings, come here and enjoy the torma of washing water that fulfills the samaya. As promised before Padmakara, protect the borders of foreign armies, heretics, and barbarians. May there be happiness in all the border regions of Tibet, and may the activities of spreading the Sutra and Tantra teachings be accomplished. OM SARVA MAMA DA KINI BALIMTA KHAHI! YA HI GACCHA! The uncreated, free from elaboration, Lama Dharmakāya, The great bliss of enjoyment, Lama Dharma Lord, The Lama Nirmanakāya born from the lotus stem. I prostrate and praise the deities who perfectly embody the three kāyas. Hūṃ hrīḥ! The unchanging Dharmadhātu of supreme bliss, Complete with the great enjoyment of union bliss, The emanations equal to the extent of space are inconceivable. The three kāya Lamas, Sugatas, and Vidyadhara assembly, Those who have the commitment to bestow accomplishments upon practice, First, I admire, worship, and attend with devotion, In between, I practice the indivisible generation and completion stage meditation, Now is the time to request accomplishments, Like a good vase and a wish-fulfilling jewel, From the mandala of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, Pour down the blessings of the great bliss vajra empowerment, I pray that you bestow the accomplishment of the unchanging body. Pour down the blessings of the wisdom vajra empowerment, I pray that you bestow the accomplishment of unerring mind. Pour down the blessings of the spontaneously accomplished treasure empowerment, I pray that you bestow the accomplishment of fulfilling qualities. Pour down the blessings of the power, skill, and ability empowerment, I pray that you bestow the accomplishment of activities that tame beings. Pour down the blessings of the pure essence of samsara and nirvana empowerment, I pray that you bestow the accomplishment of immortal life. Pour down the blessings of the desire-arising glory empowerment, I pray that you bestow the accomplishment of inexhaustible wealth. Pour down the blessings of the four types of activities empowerment, I pray that you bestow the common wish-fulfilling accomplishment.
