为利有情而降临，祈请化身噶饶多吉！于尸林怖畏园之胜地，噶饶（噶饶多吉）摄受，大圆满表义智。祈请持明西日桑哈！于汉藏境及罗刹洲中央，证得金刚身，诸佛之总集身。祈请邬金仁波切！于赞扬境及玉如昌珠处，莲师摄受，教集口诀之主。祈请嘉赛曲吉杰！于顶髻大乐之宫殿中，赐予教敕灌顶，现前开示法性。祈请恩重根本上师！于红明月坛寿命宫殿中，赐予无死之灌顶与成就，祈请自在三根本之总集！从玛隆无漏虹光洞穴中，诸佛密道胜秘阿底法，祈请超心大圆满！于自性处及任运刹土中，赐予胜乐誓言空行母，祈请护持教法之明咒主母！如是祈请之加持力，愿能现证原始清净觉性本面，且令妥噶任运显现得究竟，引领有缘入于甚深道！如是传承祈请文。 复次，恒常祈请： 祈请具足无等大恩之上师仁波切！ 祈请加持我等相续与法相应！ 祈请加持法融入相续！ 祈请加持见修行能成为对治烦恼之良药！ 祈请加持烦恼转为智慧！ 祈请加持觉察庸常意识之过患，令离心法身自性于本基上显现！ 祈请加持于一生一世中，毫不费力地证悟离心大圆满自显无别之意！ 如是应多次祈请，关于此种祈请之方式，《密集百千品经》中云： 弟子敬信于上师， 以长音及清晰音， 以高亢之音声作祈请， 我将赐彼诸成就。 如是说。 尤其请求四灌顶时， 依赖如是祈请。

For the sake of beings, you have come; I pray to the incarnate Garab Dorje! In the supreme place of the charnel ground, the fearsome grove, Garab (Garab Dorje) took hold, the meaning of Dzogchen, the wisdom. I pray to the vidyadhara Shri Singha! In the lands of China and Tibet, and in the center of the continent of Rakshasas, having attained the vajra body, the body that is the assembly of all buddhas. I pray to Orgyen Rinpoche! In the place of Zangyang and in Yuru Trangdruk, Padmasambhava took hold, the master of the collected teachings and instructions. I pray to Gyalsé Chökyi Jé! In the palace of great bliss on the crown of the head, bestowing the command, empowerment, and directly revealing the nature of reality. I pray to the kind root guru! In the red, clear, crescent-shaped palace of life, bestowing the immortal empowerment and siddhis, I pray to the all-encompassing Garwang, the union of the three roots! From the stainless rainbow cave of Malung, the secret path of the buddhas, the supreme secret Ati teachings, I pray to the Dzogchen beyond mind! In the natural state and the spontaneously accomplished pure lands, bestowing supreme bliss, the samaya dakini, I pray to the mantra mistress who protects the teachings! By the blessings of praying in this way, may we realize the primordial purity, the nature of awareness and emptiness, and may the spontaneous appearances of Tögal be perfected, leading the fortunate ones to the profound path! This is the lineage prayer. Furthermore, the constant prayer: I pray to the precious guru, who possesses unequaled kindness! Please bless that my mindstream may be in accordance with the Dharma! Please bless that the Dharma may enter my mindstream! Please bless that view and conduct may arise as an antidote to the afflictions! Please bless that the afflictions may arise as wisdom! Please bless that the faults of ordinary consciousness may be recognized, so that the self-face of the Dharmakaya beyond mind may appear on the ground! Please bless that in one lifetime, in one body, I may easily realize the meaning of Dzogchen beyond mind, the self-appearance without distinction! In this way, one should pray many times, and regarding the way of expressing such prayers, it is said in the Secret Assembly Hundred Thousand Chapter Sutra: The disciple, with faith in the guru, with long and clear sounds, prays with a loud voice, and I will bestow all accomplishments upon him. Thus it is said. Especially when requesting the four empowerments of samadhi, relying on such prayer.
