The tantra states, "Merely seeing leads to knowing, merely knowing leads to realization, and merely realizing leads to liberation." Furthermore, in the "Cutting Through," it is said, "The essence of one's own nature is not expressed by words; through the clear appearance in the realm of the senses, it is the nature of naked seeing liberation." This means that the empty-clear, uncompounded expanse is the essence of wisdom, the meaning of primordial purity and cutting through. The appearance of the self-nature of awareness, luminosity, is the meaning of spontaneous accomplishment and direct transcendence. In essence, appearance and emptiness are inseparable and non-dual. As the "Ornamental Jewel" states, "The self-nature of the expanse is the wisdom body. The self-nature of awareness is the means body. They abide in a state of inseparability." Moreover, that appearance is not a phenomenon of the perishable relative truth; it is the ultimate, uncompounded, unchanging nature of reality. As the "Cutting Through" states, "The essence of awareness is a continuous stream. From the past, future, and present, it is not made by anyone; therefore, it is uncompounded. The self-nature of the continuous stream is the complete purification of all conceptual thoughts; it is the Buddha of the unerring ground. For those fortunate enough to be shown directly, there is no name for the three realms of samsara; the life-force of the three realms is severed." As such, it is seeing the unmade from the beginning, self-arisen, self-manifest, inseparable three bodies, the mandala of luminosity. This must be practiced through the stages of the four yogas. As the "Lamp Illuminating" states, "Abiding like Mount Meru is the measure of seeing. Abiding like the ocean is the measure of meditation. Abiding like space is the measure of conduct. Abiding like awareness is the measure of the result. That yogi who possesses the four measures blends their mind with the definitive meaning." Thus, if one is skillfully given precise instructions, one will not remain in philosophical speculation about reality, but will directly see it. Ultimately, through the key point of directly seeing reality, even if one's life ends at this point, one can attain Buddhahood in the realm of the self-nature Nirmanakaya. Third, there are six aspects: the manifestation of the four post-meditation appearances, the boundary, the basis, and the way of liberation of the result. First, the appearance of the direct perception of reality is that, as previously explained, by binding the key points of the three doors' wheel and the door-objects, wind, and speech, in the lamp of the expanse, bindus like rainbow tents and peacock feathers.

In the lamp of emptiness, radiant circular light points appear, and at their center, the clear and undistracted awareness vajra chain is bound. Because awareness is integrated into this self-arisen lamp of clear light wisdom, the threefold bindu is directly seen, which is the manifestation of the direct perception of reality. Among them, the halo is the symbol of the dharmadhatu, the bindu is the symbol of wisdom, the vajra chain is the symbol of the body, self-luminosity is the symbol of compassion, and non-conceptual wisdom is the symbol of the essence, which is the intention of the three times unchanging, the basis is complete. As it says in the 'After Death' (ritual): 'Who sees this key of direct perception? The three realms will not be reversed.' Second, the manifestation of increasing experience: As before, through practice, the dharmadhatu awareness separates from the brow, and clearly appears to the sense consciousness. The light nature of the dharmadhatu appearance also extends upwards, radiating light, with net-like, half-net-like, and multi-eyed patterns, sun and moon, castles, etc., filling all realms. The bindu also gradually increases in size from the size of a bean to the size of a mirror, a bowl, and a gourd. The awareness vajra chain also gradually increases, becomes clearer, and more stable, from the size of a shooting star to a fast-flying bird, a running wild animal, a slowly moving Śaraṇa, or like a bee circling a flower. Within the bindu, the half or full body of Vajrasattva and other deities appear, without shaking, which is the manifestation of increasing experience. As it says in 'Space Clarity': 'When the body appears and the experience is complete, the bardo appearance is interrupted here, the enjoyment is recognized, and the bardo is empty.' Also, as it says in 'The Key to Binding and Liberation': 'From the time when the pure lamp of the dharmadhatu separates from one's own brow, until the single image of Vajrasattva appears in the bindu, it is the manifestation of increasing experience.' Furthermore, at these times, when the light extends upwards, the gaze should be downwards, square to the right, round to the left, crescent upwards, and triangular downwards. Thus, this is the manifestation of increasing experience. By seeing these, one temporarily obtains the qualities of the experience, and ultimately needs to return the bardo appearance to its original state. Third, awareness reaches its peak
