The appearance of is that, from the appearance of the sphere, everything is enriched and enhanced, the appearances of the four elements are purified, and the appearance of luminosity is a boundless sphere. Within each thigle, there are also father Buddhas such as Vairochana and mother Buddhas such as Dhatvishvari, manifesting immeasurable mandalas of five aggregates and five groups. From that, the appearance of light rays appears to be connected to one's own body, so even without practice, it reaches the limit. At this time, the external appearance is liberated into luminosity, and the grasping of contaminated aggregates is purified. The secret is that mind itself dissolves into luminosity, the appearance of delusion disappears, and the connection of karma and habitual patterns is severed. In the Longsal it is said: 'When awareness reaches the limit, through appearance, outer and inner grasping and clinging are liberated.' Thus, having reached the limit, it is permissible not to practice temporarily, and ultimately one will enjoy the Sambhogakaya pure land. The fourth is the appearance of the exhaustion of dharmata, the outer is the increase and decrease of experiential appearance, the inner is the exhaustion of the dharma of the illusory body, the secret is the exhaustion of the mind of conceptual aggregates, and the grasping of appearance and non-appearance is exhausted, from within the light, an inch-sized appearance arises, free from the consciousness of samsara and nirvana. Because one realizes that the essence and nature are not established, the four elements cannot be established. The appearance of going and staying is purified. One possesses unobstructed clairvoyance. From compassion, the play of wisdom appears unceasingly, and the leakage of the aggregates does not increase, but the great transference body, like a water moon, accomplishes the benefit of beings. In the Uttaratantra it is said: 'Thus, when the continuum of the body's arising ceases, and the contaminated aggregates do not appear, in this one attains complete enlightenment.' Thus, temporarily, the measure of the four appearances is reached, so the boundaries are separated. Ultimately, having seen the appearance of the exhaustion of dharma, one attains complete enlightenment without remainder. The fifth is the support of the limit, the scripture says: 'Establishing the foundation on the three immovable ones, measuring with the three abiding ones, nailing down with the three obtained ones, is the measure of liberation of the four cushions.' The Longsal also says: 'The limit support has four aspects, it is impossible to be without it behind the previous one.' The first of these is, from the three postures of the body, to be immovable. That is, when the body is immovable, the channels are immovable. When the channels are immovable, the eyes are immovable. When the eyes are immovable, the wind is immovable. When the wind is immovable, the mind is immovable. Thus, the fluctuating conceptual thought is interrupted, and awareness abides in immovability. The way the eyes look

It should be made unmoving from the womb. That is also the crucial root of awareness, the crucial door of the root, and the crucial lamp of the door. If the root does not move, the eye does not move; if the eye does not move, the lamp does not move. Therefore, if the mind does not move, conceptual thoughts will not arise, and there is a need for the indivisibility of the expanse and awareness. One should make the appearance of the clear light of awareness unmoving. Thus, it is also said in the Transcendent Change: "In that, have faith in the limit, by basing on the three unmoving, the prana and mind will reach the crucial point." As it is said, in that way, the appearances of the four visions will become clearer and more stable. Second, measuring by the three abidings: When the moving prana of the outer appearance is exhausted, the expanse and awareness abide without coming and going. When the moving prana of the inner aggregates is exhausted, the body abides without movement. When the moving prana of the secret thoughts is exhausted, it is impossible for conceptual thoughts to arise and abide. Thus, it is said in the Transcendent Change: "By measuring with the three abidings, dreams are reversed, and body, speech, and mind, signs and measures are definitely grasped." Also, it is said in the text: "In these places, the measure is grasped by dreams; the signs appear in the three doors, etc., which is similar to other Dzogchen." Thus, for the best diligence, dreams dissolve into the expanse and are cut off; for the intermediate, dreams appear as clear light; for the least, dreams are recognized as dreams. The signs appear in the three doors, with three signs for each of the four appearances, totaling twelve. First, the three signs of the manifestation of the nature of reality are: the body is unable to move, as if a turtle were placed in a shell; the speech is like a mute, unwilling to speak; the mind is like a bird caught in a net, appearing to move but actually being firmly controlled. Second, the three signs of the increase of experience are: the body is like a person afflicted by illness, devoid of ornaments and grooming; the speech is like a madman, speaking meaningless babble; the mind is like a person poisoned by poison, determined not to return to samsara. Third, the three signs of awareness reaching its limit are: the body moves unimpeded through the five elements, like an elephant trapped in mud emerging in an instant; the speech benefits and inspires faith in others, like a child in a clay pot; the mind gains certainty of not returning to the three realms, like a person cured of smallpox. Fourth, the exhaustion of the nature of reality
