In the first of past kalpas, In the palace of great bliss and power, The Lord of Life, the Blessed One, and his consort, Displayed the body free from birth and death, And obtained the signs of accomplishment free from aging and decay. Then, in the intermediate kalpa, In the cave of Rāga Rakta, The self-existing Padma and his consort, Performed the secret practice of the life deity, Accomplishing the rainbow body vajra life, Displaying the body free from birth and death, And obtained the signs of accomplishment free from aging and decay. From the center of the mandala, the three roots, the deities of the combined families, Father, mother, and children, may your vows be invoked here and now. The victorious ones, the three family protectors, Padmasambhava, The four swift mothers and the four gatekeepers, and so forth, All the deities of the secret mandala of life, From the invisible realm, may your vows be invoked from the essential point. May the lords of life gather the elevated life force, Gather the glory of life and the accomplishments of the three realms, Bestow a great rain of blessings upon the vidyādhara practitioners, All the messengers of life, the protectors, May you be the companions in accomplishing the essence of life and the accomplishments. These two are like a combination of invoking the vows and attracting life force, therefore, the deities of the guru vidyādhara mandala, gather the scattered life force of oneself and others, and gather all the glory of life and the accomplishments of the stable and moving, and bestow and integrate them into oneself and the substances of practice, the visualization should be done correctly. At the time when (it) is transmitted by... and gathered by retinues, just as the life lords have promised, please accept the offering torma and accomplish the activities! After that, in the cave of Raga Rakta, and in Drakmar Samye and Yamalung, when the self-nature life lord Padmasambhava and the spiritual friend Kharchenza, etc., open the mandala of immortal life, the ocean of life lord oath-bound protectors, just as they have promised and vowed, please accept the offering torma and accomplish the activities! After that, in the cave of uncontaminated rainbow light, and at the peak of the hidden land Padma Od, when the fortunate and destined Dharma lord person extracts profound treasures and practices and propagates them, the mantra-protecting peaceful deity of power, and the gods, demons, tsen, etc., the place and treasure protectors, just as they have promised and vowed, please accept the offering torma and accomplish the activities! Third, nourishing the Tsenma: In a precious vessel, visualize the torma arising from the syllable ཏྲཱཾ་ (Tibetan: ཏྲཱཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्रं, Sanskrit Romanization: traṃ, Chinese literal meaning: jewel) filled with inexhaustible enjoyment of a precious palace, and bless it with ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ आः हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om Ah Hum). Hūṃ! Tsenma, nourishing the ocean of sisters and making mothers, the hundreds of thousands of nuns and maidens who are in accordance with their own lineages, with the sound of fluttering silk and tinkling cymbals, please invite and come from the blue sky! In the past, the self-nature Padmatötreng and the noble disciple Palgyi Senge, in Khala Shod and the hidden places of Tibet, were designated as the retinue of Padmasambhava's power, with fierce oaths, urge (you) to accept the torma offering! Avert the wars of the four directions, stop epidemics and plagues, may rain and water fall on time, and may crops, livestock, and politics increase! May the ripening and liberation teachings of the uncontaminated rainbow body vajra life accomplishment flourish in the ten directions! Oṃ lālā lele taṃtaṃ tete kharakme mama sriṃ drome hūṃ bhyo hūṃ hūṃ mahā pañca rakta baliṃta khāhi! Fourth, performing the horse dance: Meditate that all the inverted enticements are suppressed under the torma plate. Hūṃ! With the conduct of a horse, in the play of the indivisible method and wisdom, the vajra dance strikes, chems se chems! Hūṃ pheṃ nga ro di ri ri! In the mandala of liberating the three realms, the wisdom wrathful ones who are turbulent, by doing the work of subduing the grasped and the grasper, thus completing the ritual of suppressing the Matram!
