Oṃ hrīḥ guru deva ḍākinī sarva siddhi phala ho! Having touched the sādhana substances to the three places and enjoyed them, the intention of the text is that there is no special mention of taking self-initiation other than this, nor is there any prohibition. Sixth, requesting forgiveness: Offer with mantra alone. After reciting Āli and Kāli combined with the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times: Hūṃ! In the maṇḍala of the Sugata Three Roots, any excess or deficiency in the ritual, any diminishment, any smallness of the maṇḍala offering assembly, and any dullness, drowsiness, etc. in view, meditation, and samādhi, I confess all faults and transgressions. May they not become obstacles in the future, grant the supreme attainment of Brahmā! Seventh, the deities depart and the maṇḍala is withdrawn: Hūṃ! The assembly of wisdom deities departs into the expanse of its own nature. The appearance of things as merely illusions of the mind dissolves into the great emptiness of primordial non-objectification. Again, from the unborn, in the manner of being born, unobstructed self-display suddenly arises as a deity. Samādhi Hūṃ! Visualize the powdered colors transforming into a heap of wish-fulfilling jewels, offer them to a jeweled vase, and cast them into a great river. By reciting Akarō, wipe away the traces with fragrant water, and gather the sādhana substances and offering cloths in a secluded place. Eighth, making aspirations: Ho! May we, the vajra master and the assembly gathered together, connected by unbreakable vajra vows, in the secret palace of the longevity maṇḍala, having accomplished the rainbow body vajra life, dedicate this for the sake of liberating the three realms into a body of light. Ninth, reciting auspicious verses: Hūṃ! With the blessings of compassion swiftly bestowed, may there be auspiciousness of the lineage of lamas! May the supreme and common siddhis descend like rain, may there be auspiciousness of the Sugata peaceful and wrathful ones! May the obstacles be cleared away and the activities be accomplished, may there be auspiciousness of the ḍākinīs and dharma protectors! May the life force of the rainbow body vajra be accomplished, may there be auspiciousness of the Great Perfection! Furthermore, one should adorn the end by reciting various auspicious verses as appropriate. This ritual of the Sugata Three Roots Immortal Union Sādhana maṇḍala, called "The Light of Supreme Immortality," was written at the Dharma Swami's seat, as requested by the faithful king of men, Lhawang Namgyal, from Gachag, who offered a fragrant tree and five kinds of divine substances and silk.
