Bhaya Nana! Fifth, obtaining accomplishments. Within this, if you are willing to enter the mandala yourself and receive the longevity empowerment, then do it, and bathe with the activity vase. Dispel obstacles with the mantra of the four Hums. Offer the mandala with flowers and make the request: Ema! Lama, embodiment of the Sugatas, Three Roots, longevity deities, heed us! In order for myself and others to attain immortality, Grant the longevity empowerment and accomplishments! Three times. If willing, take refuge in the Three Jewels, and also recite the continuous confession three times. Visualize yourself instantaneously appearing as the embodiment of Garwang Three Roots, marked with Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om) at the crown, Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Ah) at the throat, and Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: huṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) at the heart, from which rays of light emanate. From the pure lands such as Sukhavati, Lotus Light, in the west, invite the wisdom beings as you have visualized them. Visualize them merging into your body, inseparable, and burn incense. Play the hand drum and bell. At the end of the mantra, add Jñana Abeshaya Ah, and recite it many times. By reciting Supratistha, make it firm. Visualize the main deity of the mandala manifesting a lotus family hero, with one face and two arms, performing the activities of empowerment. Hum! Supreme secret palace of the Sugata's longevity, Auspicious jewel-adorned vase, Inside resides the Three Roots, longevity deities, By the water of non-dual nectar, empower, Wash away the stains of karma, afflictions, and habitual tendencies, May the body, speech, and mind of the wisdom deity be accomplished! Om Ah Hum Hrih Guru Deva Dakini Sarva Siddhi Phala Hum! Abhishincha Sattvam! Place the vase on the crown of the head and taste the longevity water. Hum! Inside the great conch shell, the vessel of great bliss, Eight million branch medicinal herbs and mixed substances, Three Roots deities combined with bodhicitta, Empowering the fortunate son of the lineage, May the knots of the channels be released, the wisdom channel openings be opened, May the supreme secret empowerment of bliss and emptiness be attained! Om Ah Hum Hrih Guru Deva Dakini Sarva Siddhi Phala Hum! Guhya Abhishincha Sattvam! Place the skull cup with nectar at the throat and taste the nectar. Hum! Grain essence or substance mixed, longevity essence, Method and wisdom union, taste liberation pills, Empowering the fortunate son of the lineage, May the empowerment of tasting emptiness and wisdom be attained!
