The nature of transcendence cannot be grasped by words; in meaning, it cannot be contemplated by the mind; the unmodified nature is self-arisen and exists naturally. So, how should such a nature be practiced? That nature, the view of suchness, is not accomplished by someone from the outside, nor is it sought by methods, nor is it obtained by thinking, but it exists spontaneously in the continuum of all sentient beings in the three realms from the very beginning. Moreover, the essence of mind is emptiness, nothing is established. From emptiness, the power does not cease, for the Buddha, realizing that essence, it manifests as body and wisdom; for sentient beings, because of not realizing and being deluded, it manifests as the five poisons and concepts. Regarding this, the essence of mind abiding in emptiness, that is the Dharmakaya itself. The power, the five poisons and concepts manifest without ceasing, but the power is emptiness, so, without ceasing, the nature manifests itself, not abiding in characteristics, but self-liberating. Therefore, without limitation and partiality, self-arisen wisdom manifests. The essence of mind, the nature of emptiness, practice as the Dharmakaya; the nature manifests clearly without interruption, practice as the Sambhogakaya; the power manifests in various ways, practice as the Nirmanakaya. Tsogyal, practice like that, and the three bodies of the fully enlightened Buddha will manifest in yourself. Practice like that! Tsogyal, the limit of view is that all phenomena are not abandoned but completely liberated, self-abiding in original purity, self-arisen without bias, the view is determined to be without extremes and without attachment. The wisdom of mind's nature, emptiness and clarity, is self-arisen; unmodified, clear and pure, self-abiding; meditation is determined to be emptiness and clarity without grasping. Awareness is self-arising and self-liberating, and the five poisons and concepts are not abandoned but naturally purified, conduct is determined to be self-arising and self-liberating. The emptiness of mind's nature is shown as the Dharmakaya, the clarity is shown as the Sambhogakaya, the power without interruption is shown as the Nirmanakaya, therefore, it is determined that the three bodies of the fruit abide in oneself. Tsogyal, the limit of view is that realization is stable. The limit of meditation is that it is habitual and familiar. The limit of conduct is that it is non-grasping and self-liberating. The limit of the fruit is that the three bodies obtain their own ground. The limit of the three roots is also that in meaning, emptiness and compassion are united, benefiting sentient beings. Tsogyal, practice like that! The ground is unmodified, the path is not confused, in meaning, whatever manifests is the play of the Dharma nature.

Whatever arises is the self-display of the nature of reality; whatever is done is like dreams and illusions; constantly maintain the watchfulness of mindfulness. These four lines are my heartfelt words, so do not be separated from them! The Practice of the Four Yogas The Practice of the Four Yogas. Again, Jomo asked: Guru! When practicing in this way, how should one constantly train in the four yogas? How should one train in the three mandalas? The Guru replied: Faithful woman, well done! A yogi who practices this instruction on the meaning of the result should practice the four yogas in this way: If a yogi practices yoga in view: All phenomena are empty by nature, free from mental fabrication, free from thought and expression, emptiness is realized, and it should be known as the great transcendence of mind. If practicing yoga in meditation: In the essence of the natural state, whatever arises through the rope of mindfulness is empty in essence, and the four activities should be done constantly. If practicing yoga in conduct: Increase virtue, equalize pleasure and pain, and know the nature of desire; wander like a wild animal in secluded places, and rely on karmamudra to raise happiness as the path. How to practice is clearly explained in the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel. Pure celibacy, cut off delusions, and do not be separated from the Dharma in whatever you do. If practicing yoga in the result: The result is: the uncorrected ground itself is firmly established; the path is irreversible; stability is obtained in the true and authentic essence; the three kayas abide in oneself; and one obtains the confidence of being free from hope and fear, which is called being firmly established. TsoGyal, practice the four yogas in this way! The instructions on the four yogas. A thri (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)! The Practice of the Three Mandalas The Practice of the Three Mandalas. A yogi who is inseparable from the three mandalas should practice in this way: At all times and in all ways, knowing that the body is the mandala of the deity, one does not grasp at the coarse and ordinary. One's own body is the mandala of the Victorious Ones. The elements are heroes, the channels are heroines; if expanded, there are seven hundred and twenty-five, including the hundred families. At the time of eating and drinking, visualize the lama in the throat, the yidam in the heart, and the dakini in the navel; dedicate to them and never be separated from the pride of the yidam deity at all times.
