The twelfth is to bestow the vows: In this very heart essence mandala, even if you enter, if you do not keep the vows, there is no time to be liberated from the hell realms. Whatever is said in the illusory tantra, keep the vows and commitments properly, thereby quickly attaining special siddhis.
