所说的是：在早晨或傍晚天空和阳光明媚的时候，让学生们半睁着眼睛看太阳。种姓之子们，要知道这太阳的精华如同清净无垢的法身，本来就清净，没有污垢。太阳的光芒具有彩虹般五种颜色，如同不由谁造作自然显现一般，从法身本来清净的自性中，报身任运成就，具有五种决定，具有彩虹光点五种，是不着笔墨的坛城，要知道这是自性光明。要知道这具有彩虹般各种颜色的五种光芒，是所有佛陀五种姓的自性。要知道这没有一刹那被遮蔽，无碍通透地安住在虚空中，是佛陀智慧身的光芒，没有自性，身没有前后，是法界和智慧无二无别的身。要知道这些如同孔雀的羽毛，或者水泡的轮廓，或者彩虹光环五种颜色在其中安住，是清净法界灯，安住在清净自明的刹土中。要知道这些光芒和光彩所发出的光芒向四面八方照射，是报身五种决定的力量，化身不确定五种，随应所化，永不间断。要知道这些光芒中无数的细微光点，如同鱼眼一般，或者如同珍珠的网，网和半网相互连接，晃动闪烁，是慈悲化身百千万亿，为了利益众生永不间断。要知道这些显现虽然各不相同，但如同太阳、彩虹、光点、空性自明之性无有分别一样，意义上的三身显现虽然各不相同，但要知道本体法性之性无有分别。这样介绍后让他们观看。此时要念诵智慧光道的祈愿文。这样说完后，现在你们 合掌，这次见到的那些光是五种智慧的光道，意思是五部佛的光芒，中阴时也会有比这更大更明亮的光芒。

It is said: In the morning or evening when the sky and sunlight are clear, have the students look at the sun with their eyes half-closed. Sons of the lineage, know that the essence of this sun, like the pure and stainless Dharmakaya, is pure from the beginning and without impurity. The radiance of the sun, endowed with five rainbow-like colors, is like something that is self-manifesting without being made by anyone. From the nature of the Dharmakaya, which is pure from the beginning, the Sambhogakaya is spontaneously accomplished, endowed with five certainties, possessing five rainbow light points, and is an unwritten mandala. Know that this is self-luminous. Know that these five kinds of rainbow-like colors are the nature of all Buddhas of the five families. Know that this, without being obscured for a moment, abiding unobstructed and transparently in the sky, is the light of the Buddha's wisdom body, without self-nature, the body without front or back, the body of the indivisibility of the Dharmadhatu and wisdom. Know that these, like the feathers of a peacock, or the outline of a bubble, or the five colors of a rainbow halo residing within, are the pure Dharmadhatu lamp, residing in the pure, self-luminous realm. Know that the light emanating from these rays and radiance, shining in all directions, is the power of the Sambhogakaya's five certainties, the Nirmanakaya's five uncertainties, taming whatever needs to be tamed, without interruption. Know that the countless tiny light points within these rays, like fish eyes, or like a net of pearls, with nets and half-nets connected, shimmering and twinkling, are hundreds of millions of compassionate Nirmanakayas, constantly working for the benefit of beings without interruption. Know that although these appearances are different, they are like the sun, rainbow, light points, and the nature of emptiness and self-luminosity, which are without distinction. Although the appearances of the three Kayas in meaning are different, know that the essence of the nature of reality is without distinction. After introducing it in this way, let them look. At this time, the prayer of the wisdom light path should be recited. After saying this, now you join your palms. The lights you see this time are the light paths of the five wisdoms, meaning the rays of the five Buddha families. Even in the Bardo, there will be lights that are bigger and brighter than this.

从寂怒尊众显现之时，心想认识它们，并随之复诵。 顶礼上师、本尊、空行众！ 祈请大悲引领道路！ 我于迷乱中流转轮回之时，于闻思修三者不散乱的光明道上， 祈请噶举上师们引领道路！ 祈请圣母空行众从背后护佑！ 祈请从中有恐怖的险境中救度！ 祈请救度至圆满正等觉佛地！ 那个蓝色光是镜智的光道，所以请复诵。 当因猛烈嗔恨而流转轮回之时，于镜智明亮的光道上， 祈请薄伽梵金刚萨埵引领道路！ 祈请圣母佛眼佛母从背后护佑！ 中有...正等觉... 看到黄色光，那是平等性智的光道，所以请复诵。 当因猛烈我慢而流转轮回...平等性智...薄伽梵宝生佛...圣母嘛嘛格佛母...中有...正等觉... 看到红色光，那是妙观察智的光道，所以请 复诵。 当因猛烈贪欲而流转轮回...妙观察智...薄伽梵无量光佛...圣母白衣佛母...中有...正等觉... 看到绿色光，那是成所作智的光道，所以请复诵。 当因嫉妒...成所作智...薄伽梵不空成就佛...圣母誓言度母...中有...正等觉... 看到白色光，那是法界体性智的光道，所以获得此愿。 当因猛烈愚痴...法界体性智...薄伽梵毗卢遮那佛...圣母法界自在母...中有...正等觉... 唉！从中阴开始，以这样的虹光充满所有世间之中，所有寂怒本尊众都会显现。 那时，心想认识它们，并随之复诵。 当因猛烈习气而流转轮回...于远离惊恐畏惧的光道上， 祈请薄伽梵寂怒尊众引领道路！ 法界自在忿怒母众...中有...正等觉... 唉！当见到闪烁不定的光芒时，那是俱生智的光道，所以如此发愿： 当因猛烈错觉而流转轮回...于俱生智明亮的光道上... 祈请勇士持明众...圣母空行众... 中有...正等觉... 见到五色光，那是智慧

Please protect the mother dakini assembly from behind! Please deliver me from the terrifying straits of the bardo! Please deliver me to the state of perfect complete enlightenment! That blue light is the light path of mirror-like wisdom, so please repeat after me. When wandering in samsara due to intense hatred, on the clear light path of mirror-like wisdom, Please Bhagavan Vajrasattva guide the way! Please protect the mother Buddha Eye from behind! Bardo...Perfect Enlightenment... If you see yellow light, it is the light path of equality wisdom, so please repeat. When wandering in samsara due to intense pride...equality wisdom...Bhagavan Ratnasambhava...Mother Mamaki...Bardo...Perfect Enlightenment... If you see red light, it is the light path of discriminating wisdom, so please repeat. If you see green light, it is the light path of accomplishing wisdom, so please repeat. If you see white light, it is the light path of dharmadhatu wisdom, so receive this aspiration. From the bardo onwards, with such rainbow lights filling all the worlds, all the peaceful and wrathful deities will appear. At that time, think of recognizing them and repeat after me. When you see flickering lights, it is the light path of innate wisdom, so make this aspiration: When wandering in samsara due to intense delusion...on the clear light path of innate wisdom... Please the heroic vidyadharas...the mother dakini assembly... Bardo...Perfect Enlightenment... If you see five-colored light, it is wisdom
