་བཞི་སྦྱོར་གྱི་འོད་ལམ་ཡིན་པས་རྗེས་ཟློས་མཛོད། དུག་ལྔ་དྲག་པོས༴ཡེ་ཤེས་བཞི་སྦྱོར་གསལ་བའི༴བཅོམ་ལྡན་རྒྱལ་བ་རིགས་ལྔས༴ཡུམ་མཆོག་རིགས་ལྔའི་མཁའ་འགྲོས་རྒྱབ༴བར་དོ༴ཡང་དག༴འོ་ན་འོད་ཁ་དོག་ལྔ་འདི་མ་དག་ན་འབྱུང་བ་ལྔ། འདི་ལྔ་དགྲ་རུ་ལངས་ན་དུག་ལྔ་སྟེ། འཁོར་བའི་ལམ་རྒྱུད་ལྔར་སྐྱེ་བར་བྱེད། འདི་ངོ་ཤེས་ཤིང་དག་ན། རྒྱལ་བ་རིགས་ལྔའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་ལྔ་ཡིན་པས། སྨོན་ལམ་འདི་ཡི་རྗེས་ཟློས་མཛོད། ནམ་མཁའི་ཁམས་རྣམས་དགྲ་རུ་མི་ལྡང་ཞིང་། །སངས་རྒྱས་མཐིང་གའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་མཐོང་བར་ཤོག །ཆུ་ཡི་ཁམས༴སངས་རྒྱས་དཀར་པོའི་ཞིང་ཁམས༴ས་ཡི་ཁམས་རྣམས༴སངས་རྒྱས་སེར་པོའི་ཞིང་ཁམས༴མེ་ཡི་ཁམས༴སངས་རྒྱས་དམར་པོའི་ཞིང་༴རླུང་གི་ཁམས་རྣམས་དགྲ༴སངས་རྒྱས་ལྗང་གུའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་མཐོང་བར་ཤོག །ཡང་ཞི་ཁྲོའི་ངོ་སྤྲོད་ལས། ཉེར་ལྔ་པ་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཨར་གཏད་ངོ་སྤྲོད་ནི། མིག་གཉིས་མཛུབ་མོས་མནན་པས་འོད་ཀོར་འབྱུང་སྟེ། ད་ལྟ་སྙིང་གི་དཀྱིལ་ན་ཞི་བའི་སྐུ་འཇའ་འོད་ཀྱི་ར་བ་ན་ཡོད་པའི་རྟགས་ཡིན་པས་ཤེས་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག་བྱས་ལ་གནོན་བཅུག །ཉེར་དྲུག་རྒྱ་མཚོ་རྦ་རླབས་ངོ་སྤྲོད་ནི། རྣ་བ་གཉིས་མཛུབ་མོས་མནན་པས་གཏིང་ནས་འུར་ཏིང་གི་སྒྲ་འབྱུང་སྟེ། ཆོས་ ཉིད་བར་དོར་ཆོས་ཉིད་ཀྱི་རང་སྒྲ་འབྲུག་སྟོང་ལྡིར་བ་ཙམ་འོང་བའི་རྟགས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ་བྱས་ལ་མཛུབ་བུས་གནོན་བཅུག །ཉེར་བདུན་ཆོས་ཉིད་ཟེར་གྱི་ངོ་སྤྲོད་ནི། མིག་གཉིས་ཡུན་རིང་མཛུབ་མོས་བཙིར་བས། ཟེར་དང་ཐིག་ལེ་ལུ་གུ་རྒྱུད་རྒྱ་ཆེ་བར། འགུལ་འཕྲིགས་ཡམ་ཡམ་ཤིག་ཤིག་འཕྲོ་བ་འོང་སྟེ། ཆོས་ཉིད་བར་དོར་ཟེར་གྱི་སྣང་བ་འཆར་བས་དེའི་རྟགས་ཡིན་པར་ངོ་ཤེས་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག་བྱས་ལ་དེ་བཞིན་བྱེད་བཅུག །ཉེར་བརྒྱད་ཉི་ཟེར་རྩིབས་ཤར་ངོ་སྤྲོད་ནི། ནམ་མཁའ་དྭངས་ཤིང་ཉི་ཟེར་གསལ་བའི་དུས་སུ། སློབ་མ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཉི་མ་ལ་མིག་ཟིམ་བུས་བལྟས་པས། ཉི་མའི་ཟེར་མཚོན་ཆ་གཤིབས་པ་ལྟ་བུ་དང་། མདུང་རྩེ་གཤིབས་པ་དང་འདྲ་བ་དང་། བ་ཐག་གཟེང་བ་དང་འདྲ་བ་འོང་སྟེ། དེ་ནི་ཆོས་ཉིད་བར་དོར་འོད་ཟེར་མཚོན་ཆའི་ཆར་བབ་པ་འདྲ་བ། རང་གི་ཐོག་ཏུ་ཟུག་ནས་འོང་བའི་སྣང་བ་འཆར་བ་འོང་སྟེ། དེ་ནི་མཚོན་ཆ་མ་ཡིན་ཏེ། ཡེ་ཤེས་གསལ་བའི་ཟེར་ཡིན་ཏེ། དེ་ལ་མ་སྐྲག་པར་རང་སྣང་དུ་ངོ་ཤེས་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག །དེ་ནས་སྨོན་ལམ་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས་མཛོད། སྒྲ་འོད་ཟེར་གསུམ་དགྲ་རུ་མི་ལྡང་ཞིང་། །ཞི་ཁྲོ་རབ་འབྱམས་ཞིང་ཁམས་མཐོང་བར་ཤོག །འཇའ་ཚོན་ཁམས་

因为是四合一道的光道，所以请复诵。五毒猛烈的……四合一智慧显明的……薄伽梵五部佛……至尊佛母五部的空行母护佑……中阴……甚深……那么，这五种颜色的光如果不清净，就是五大。这五者如果变成敌人，就是五毒，会转生到轮回的五条道路上。如果认识并清净这五者，就是五部佛的五种刹土。所以，请复诵这个祈愿文。愿虚空的界不变成敌人，愿能见到蓝色佛的刹土。水的界……白色佛的刹土……地的界……黄色佛的刹土……火的界……红色佛的刹土……风的界不变成敌人……愿能见到绿色佛的刹土。又是寂怒尊的介绍，第二十五是海面平静介绍：用手指按压双眼，会出现光圈，现在是心的中央有寂静本尊在彩虹光圈中的标志，要知道啊！这样做了之后，按压。第二十六是海面波涛介绍：用手指按压双耳，会从深处发出嗡嗡的声音，在法性中阴时，会出现法性自声如千龙雷鸣般的征兆，这样说了之后，用手指按压。第二十七是法性光芒介绍：双眼长时间用手指挤压，会出现广大如光芒和明点念珠，晃动闪烁，这是法性中阴时出现光芒景象的征兆，要知道啊！这样做了之后，照此去做。第二十八是阳光放射光芒介绍：在天空晴朗阳光明媚的时候，让学生们眯着眼睛看太阳，会出现太阳的光芒如兵器排列一般，又如枪尖排列一般，又如拉紧的弓弦一般。这是法性中阴时出现光芒如兵器雨般降下，会显现刺向自己的景象。这不是兵器，而是智慧显明的光芒，不要害怕，要认识到是自显现。之后，请复诵这个祈愿文。愿声音、光芒、光线不变成敌人，愿能见到寂怒浩瀚的刹土。彩虹的界

Because it is the path of light of the Four Unions, please repeat after me. The five fierce poisons... The wisdom of the Four Unions is clear... The Bhagavan Five Buddha Families... The supreme mother, the dakinis of the Five Families protect... Bardo... Very profound... So, if these five colors of light are not pure, they are the five elements. If these five become enemies, they are the five poisons, which will cause rebirth in the five paths of samsara. If you recognize and purify these five, they are the five pure lands of the Five Buddha Families. Therefore, please repeat this aspiration. May the realms of space not become enemies, may we see the pure land of the blue Buddha. The realm of water... The pure land of the white Buddha... The realms of earth... The pure land of the yellow Buddha... The realm of fire... The pure land of the red Buddha... The realms of wind do not become enemies... May we see the pure land of the green Buddha. Also, from the introduction to the Peaceful and Wrathful Deities, the twenty-fifth is the introduction to the calm sea: Pressing the two eyes with your fingers will cause a halo of light to appear. Now, in the center of the heart, there is a sign that the peaceful deity is in a rainbow aura, know this! After doing this, press down. The twenty-sixth is the introduction to the ocean waves: Pressing the two ears with your fingers will cause a buzzing sound from the depths. In the Bardo of Dharmata, there will be a sign that the natural sound of Dharmata will be like the roar of a thousand dragons. After saying this, press down with your fingers. The twenty-seventh is the introduction to the rays of Dharmata: Pressing the two eyes with your fingers for a long time will cause a vast array of rays and bindus like strings of pearls to appear, flickering and shimmering. This is a sign that the appearance of rays will arise in the Bardo of Dharmata, know this! After doing this, do it accordingly. The twenty-eighth is the introduction to the sun's rays shining forth: When the sky is clear and the sunlight is bright, have the students look at the sun with their eyes squinted. The sun's rays will appear like weapons lined up, like spear tips lined up, and like a drawn bowstring. This is like a rain of light rays like weapons falling in the Bardo of Dharmata, and the appearance of piercing oneself will arise. These are not weapons, but the clear rays of wisdom. Do not be afraid, recognize them as self-appearances. Then, please repeat this aspiration. May sound, light, and rays not become enemies, may we see the vast pure lands of the Peaceful and Wrathful Deities. The realm of the rainbow.
