Without high or low in writing and understanding, the mind of the root guru appears as the illusory play of bliss and emptiness. Think of seeing all sentient beings, self and others, in a way that blesses them, and think of the blessings raining down. Transform your body into as many particles as there are in a field, and together with all sentient beings pervading the sky, offer the sevenfold purification with great faith and respect. Recite "Guru Palden Dorje Sempa" and so on, as much as you can. Then, because the guru is the embodiment of all Buddhas, repeatedly determine that he is the one and only king, and remember his qualities and kindness with deep conviction, abandoning the expectation of "you know what to do," and with intense longing, say in your mouth: "The first protector, the all-pervading Lord Kuntuzangpo." After praying again and again, the rays of light emanating from the body of the root guru touch you, and the lineage gurus, the Three Jewels, etc., dissolve into light and gradually merge into your body. Then, The root guru dwells as the embodiment of all refuges, with a white Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡) at the crown, a red Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 阿) at the throat, and a blue Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) at the heart, residing as the essence of the body, speech, mind, and wisdom vajra of all Buddhas. "Victorious Vajradhara, master of the four bodies, please consider me and other beings with compassion, and may you fill my lineage with the supreme wisdom of the vase, secret, wisdom, and primordial awareness." After praying in this way, white rays of light emanate from the Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡) at the guru's crown, and dissolve into your own crown, obtaining the vase empowerment, purifying the defilements of the body, having the power to practice the generation stage, and becoming one who has the potential to attain the nirmanakaya. Red rays of light emanate from the Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 阿) at the throat, and dissolve into your own throat, obtaining the secret empowerment, purifying the defilements of speech, having the power to practice the channels and winds, and becoming one who has the potential to attain the sambhogakaya. Blue rays of light emanate from the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) at the heart, and dissolve into your own heart, obtaining the wisdom-awareness empowerment, purifying the defilements of the mind, having the power to practice thigle, and becoming one who has the potential to attain the dharmakaya. Again, white, red, and blue rays of light emanate from the three places, and dissolve into your own three places, obtaining the fourth empowerment, the defilements of primordial awareness

Purification. Empowerment for meditating on the Great Perfection path. Having become a fortunate one to attain the Fruition Essence Body. Thus, the four empowerments are received in sequence. Again, with devotion, longing, and heartfelt supplication, the lama himself, in a state of great joy, came to the crown of one's head, dissolved into light, and merged into oneself. Remaining for a moment in the state of inseparability of the lama and one's own mind, and dedicating the merit. Thus, these preliminary visualizations must also be meditated upon until experience arises in the continuum. However, in the case of quick guidance, if one can only meditate for a day or two, then until the entire guidance is completed, in the first session, one should perform the extensive preliminaries completely, based on the comfortable posture of the body. If one prefers brevity, then without shortening the refuge field itself, using it as the support for the mandala and guru yoga, it will be easy and to the point. In the later sessions, one can do just the refuge, bodhicitta, and guru yoga, or even shorter, just the preliminary of the session, and it will not become a fault of interruption. Secondly, the main practice is: Thus, after the preliminaries are completed, the main practice is the three stages of generation, recitation, and completion. If the foundation of the preliminaries is not firm, even if the guidance of the main practice is given, merit will not arise in the continuum. Even if it arises slightly, it will not be stable and will not be completed in the end. Therefore, one must first learn to complete these preliminaries. Then, if one has not received empowerment before, one must ripen the continuum by bestowing empowerment before actually meditating on the path of generation and completion. Even if one has already received empowerment before, in order to restore the vows, one can also request it from the lama at this time, or if it is not available, one can also take it oneself with vows, which would be good if one can do it. In any case, after ripening the continuum with empowerment, one begins to practice the path. There are three: the guidance of the body generation stage mudra, the guidance of the speech recitation mantra, and the guidance of the mind completion stage suchness itself. The first is: On a comfortable cushion, sit with the body posture in accordance with the common seven-point posture. There are two ways to meditate: practicing the mandala of inseparable samaya and wisdom, and learning to focus on the appearance and attachment of the deity as the main object of focus. The first is: First, stabilize the protective circle in the center, then generate the deity, invite and dissolve the wisdom being. Thus, it is divided into two: the mandala of the form samadhi
