Continue to abide. Like a person who has completed their work, relax and let go in a state of non-effort. Third, meditating on non-conceptuality involves two aspects: the fundamental object of focus and what arises from it. First: The method of meditating on non-conceptuality is as follows: "Body straight, breath combined, eyes unmoving. On the form, letter, or bindu, mind rests for a moment, tightly bound by mindfulness. Unfabricated, unadulterated, without change, like the clear sky. Non-conceptual, without beginning or end, abide." Thus, the seven points of the body remain unmoving. The key point of breath is to bind the gentle breath in the mouth. The key point of gazing is to not move, focusing on an object of focus, such as a form, letter, or bindu, without staring too intently, simply observing. The key point of mind is to directly cut off the elaborations of the three times, resting for a moment with unwavering mindfulness. By tightly binding and observing, it dissipates like mist. At that time, in that very state, rest naturally without fabrication, rest blankly without adulteration, rest spontaneously without change, like a cloudless sky, wide and open in non-conceptuality without beginning or end, rest openly without grasping or judgment. Second, there are six aspects that arise from this. First, the arising and liberation are of one essence, abiding in the great primordial emptiness, free from roots. "If thoughts arise, the mind itself is the one who thinks. Without color or form, free from grasping. If abiding, the mind of awareness is the one who abides. The very nature of primordial liberation. Without acceptance or rejection, hope or doubt, calculation or imputation. Abide in the great primordial emptiness, free from roots." Thus, when thoughts suddenly arise from the state of abiding, look closely at the very mind that is thinking. Because you do not see any shapes or colors, rest openly without grasping or judgment. If abiding, look closely at the very mind that is abiding. The object of observation and the observer disappear without a trace, which is the very nature of primordial liberation, the way of abiding, the way of being. In that state, without mixing in the elaborations of acceptance and rejection, hope and doubt, which grasp at duality, without mixing in the gathering and scattering of calculation, let it self-liberate in its own place, cultivating the meaning of the great primordial emptiness, free from roots, openly and nakedly. Second, cultivate the meaning of non-arising with mindfulness. Alternatively, write the letter (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) in front of you, gaze steadily while remembering non-arising, and in that natural state,

Relax and release into the state of objectlessness. This means, in all practices, before and after, should one actually write a white ཨ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning: A) letter in the space in front, or write it with the mind? Then, gazing at it intently, remember that the ཨ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning: A) letter is unborn from the beginning, the door to all dharmas. As it is said, "The ཨ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning: A) letter is the best of all letters, a sacred letter of great meaning, from which the unborn arises." And, "The ཨ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning: A) letter is the unborn suchness." And so on. The ཨ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning: A) letter is unborn from the beginning, beyond all objects of thought and expression, completely pure like the sky. Remembering this meaning, focus on the clear appearance of the ཨ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning: A) letter. When the mind abides in that very state, relax and release into the state of objectlessness, inexpressibility, like the sky. Third, abiding in the unity of abiding and movement, letting it arise and dissolve on its own: སྐབས་སུ་གཟིངས་ལས་བྱ་རོག་བཞིན༔ Sometimes like a raven from a ship, གར་འགྲོ་ངོས་བཟུང་དྲན་པ་བརྟེན༔ Follow its path, relying on mindfulness. This means, for example, if you chase a raven from a ship and watch where it goes, because the ocean is vast and boundless, it will not find land and will return to the ship. Similarly, when movement arises from the state of abiding, look closely at its nature. Because it cannot be grasped, the thought itself will clearly arise as the nature of abiding. Therefore, one should cultivate the state of the unity of abiding and movement, arising and dissolving on its own, without grasping. Fourth, exerting power through the experience of emptiness: རེས་འགའ་དྷཱུ་ཏི་དཀར་པོ་ནི༔ Sometimes a white dhuti, ལྟེ་བ་ནས་བརྩམས་སྤྱི་བོའི་བར༔ From the navel to the crown, གནས་པའི་ནང་དུ་ཐིག་ལེ་ནི༔ Within its abiding, a bindu, དཀར་པོ་འགྲོ་འོང་བྱེད་པར་བསམ༔ Imagine it white and moving. འདི་ལས་སྟོང་ཉམས་སྣ་ཚོགས་འཆར༔ From this, various experiences of emptiness arise. This means, in the center of one's empty body, visualize the central channel, white in color, clear, empty inside, straight from the navel to the crown, without any crookedness. Within this channel, visualize a white, clear bindu, the size of a bean, light and moving. Then, let the breath flow naturally, and the bindu will slowly rise from the navel to the end of the central channel at the crown. Then, it will slowly descend back to the navel. By focusing on the movement of the bindu, all appearances will become ungraspable, and a vast, empty experience, naked and clear, will arise. By cultivating this state, the light and power of emptiness will continuously
