Contract the fingers of the hands and feet. Look upwards. Press the tongue against the palate. After holding the vase breath as much as possible at the navel, expelling feces and urine will be beneficial. Furthermore, if seminal emission occurs in a dream, then at bedtime, visualize the Great Lord of Self-Mastery, with a black body, a matted hair topknot, the entire body smeared with ashes, the lingam erect upwards, the right hand holding a peacock feather cluster, stirring it inwards into one's own sexual organ. Meditate on this form and recite: Om Harinisa Rakta Tsuka Tsuka Svaha (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་རཀྟ་ཚུ་ཀ་ཚུ་ཀ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ harinisa rakta tsuka tsuka svāhā, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, Harinisa, Blood-red, Tsuka, Tsuka, Svaha). Recite as much as possible, then cover the head with one's own vajra skin and hide it in the abdomen, pressing down with either the right or left heel, and lying down with one leg extended will eliminate it, it is very profound. These methods of dispelling obstacles are taught according to whatever obstacles arise, and it is permissible not to include them in a fixed practice. Second, meditating on clarity, there are two types: general and specific. The first is: When meditating on clear emptiness wisdom, whatever arises, recognize it as awareness, neither negating nor affirming, leave it in its own place. Therefore, the essential points of the body are the seven dharmas, the essential point of speech is to hold the gentle breath slightly, the essential point of the eyes is not to block the doors of the senses, but to gaze slightly into space. The essential point of focus is, whatever appearances arise, do not negate or affirm them, but gaze greatly at one's own face, and abide in the state of self-knowing, self-illuminating, and non-grasping. By doing so, all appearances become unreal, without luster, loose, empty, and vacant. If that arises, maintain that state and abide in the natural state. The second is specific: Specifically, clarify the three channels, and abide in the lotus posture, bound posture, or equal posture. Therefore, in the center of the vast emptiness of the body clarified as one's own deity, without obscurations or hindrances, clarify the three channels as before, and the three letters of the general channel, heart channel, and navel channel. If one can do that, then there are three essential points of focus. The first is the essential point of the lotus posture: Exhale the stale air, visualize Ham A (Tibetan: ཧཾ་ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ a, Literal Chinese Meaning: Ham A), hold the mind, and raise the lower air upwards. Therefore, exhale the stale air, and on the basis of vase breathing, mainly raise the lower air upwards. Focus on the Ham (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Ham) at the crown of the head and the A (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese Meaning: A) at the navel. Do not block the senses, but relax, allowing the self-appearing, self-illuminating, non-grasping state to appear loosely, and maintain that state. The second is the essential point of the bound posture: Hold the mind on the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hum) at the heart, and bind the upper air downwards from above. Therefore, on the basis of vase breathing, mainly bind the upper air downwards. Focus on the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hum) at the heart, do not block the senses, but leave it as it is, allowing it to appear as before, and maintain that state.

O! Third, regarding equal abiding. It is divided into two parts: the main part and the derived part. The first part is: "Wind combined, wherever equal abiding is, unmoving coming and going, always slow." This means binding the life-wind and the downward-moving wind together. For any key point of the mind, without thinking, unobtrusively place it in a state of non-thought. Whatever arises, such as coming and going, good or bad, do not cling to the appearance, but in an unreal way, clearly and without distraction, let it appear vividly, maintaining the natural state without any fabrication. The second part, the derived content, is divided into two parts. First, the key to transforming coarse wind into subtle wind is: "At that time, light arises from the nadi, the body is thought to be as clear as crystal, the coarse transforms into subtle wind." This means that when equally abiding in equal abiding, at the moment when the experience of clarity and emptiness arises, the appearance of light radiating from the central channel, just by touching it, the body becomes as clear as crystal, and you should contemplate it as being like a rainbow, without any attachment, obstruction, or obscuration to anything. By forcefully holding the breath, the coarse material wind will stop and transform into the subtle wind of consciousness. In this way, one can mix the inner and outer winds, and the appearance of duality is mixed, so that there is no longer any obstruction to tangible things, and one can gain the ability to control and guide the channels. Second, in general, the key to cherishing is: "Eyes unmoving, gaze at the sky, clear and pure, experience of wisdom, when it arises, recognize that meaning, prolonged practice is extremely precious." This means that the key point of the body is like driving a stake into the ground, firmly and immovably establish the seven-point posture. The way of looking is to keep the eyeballs still and the eyelids unblinking, focusing intently and unchangingly on the expanse of the sky in front of you. Focus the mind on whatever arises. Relax the awareness, just be able to see your own face. That is, for the bright part of the various appearances that arise spontaneously, do not make any affirmation or negation. Just look at the original face of whatever appears, it is neither anything nor nothing, and its essence has not stopped at all, appearing clearly, this is the arising of the experience of clarity. Therefore, in all the session breaks, recognize that awareness and the clear, bright part, and maintain it without acceptance or rejection. The meaning of without acceptance or rejection is: for the state of awareness that is clear, pure, and without turbidity, do not have any discriminating thoughts of hope or fear, gently abide like a bird flying into its nest. Like a bee sticking to propolis, closely abide in that state.
