Then, through the combination of igniting the A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) syllable at the navel chakra with the fire, and from the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) syllable at the heart, visualize bodhicitta arising comfortably like a thread or pearl, and descending to the A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) syllable at the navel, causing the fire to blaze intensely as if the roots of a tree were moistened with oil. Visualize that the essence melted by this fills everything below the heart, and is pervaded by the taste of bliss. Maintain and remain equally in this state. When the bliss is stable, through the combination of drawing in the lower wind, the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) syllable at the heart gradually melts and dissolves into the A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) syllable at the navel. As the flame grows longer, visualize the melting of bodhicitta from the Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Oṃ) syllable at the throat, descending to the A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) syllable at the navel as before, and practice the visualization of burning and dripping, remaining equally in the bliss of the essence filling everything below the throat. When this is stable, as before, the Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Oṃ) syllable melts and dissolves into the A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) syllable at the navel. As the flame grows longer, practice the burning and dripping from the Haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Haṃ) syllable at the crown chakra, and remain equally in the bliss of the essence filling everything from the crown chakra downwards, the entire body from head to toe. Second, the method of abiding effortlessly is: When bliss arises, from the Haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Haṃ) syllable, the bindu that descends to the secret place, visualize it as standing upright comfortably, and abide in the state of bliss. The "Joyful Manifestation" says: "When bliss manifests, from the Haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Haṃ) syllable it descends, the bindu to the secret place, manifest comfortably and practice, abide in the state of bliss." Therefore, through the method of descending bliss, when the bliss of the entire body being filled with essence naturally arises, in order to abide effortlessly and for a long time in this, visualize that from the Haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Haṃ) syllable at the crown chakra, through the central channel to the secret place, the flow of bodhicitta exists straight like a white silk thread. And focus the mind single-pointedly on the state and radiance of this bliss. Third, through the key of reversing and spreading, accomplishing without leakage: Again, with a strong Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) sound, guide upwards and spread. This means that when the bodhicitta essence gradually descends, bliss will naturally arise. At this time, if the bliss increases and the bodhicitta seems to move, tighten the abdominal muscles, contract the four limbs, forcefully contract the toes and fingers of the hands and feet, press the tongue against the palate, widen the eyes and look upwards. Utter a strong Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) sound to guide upwards. As Heruka Galpo says: "The ocean and mountain king are reversed, the four continents can also be gathered for use, place the life force at the place of speech, place the king of the senses above, draw the power of speech with a fierce Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) sound." Regarding the key of the wind: strongly relax the lower gate and exhale the breath. The middle wind has power, so it can perform both holding and reversing operations. Guide in this way.

Therefore, if the ground is stable like a vajra, and the body sweats and the temperature rises, it is a sign of stretching upwards. It should be spread in the chakra eyes. As it says in the 'Important': "Spread the manifestation dance throughout the body." Therefore, spread it with the lion manifestation dance. Finally, mix it with the wind with about seven vase breaths, and as it comes from below, mix it into the space of original purity, thereby imbuing the mind with the qualities of the wind. Second, learning the instructions for the lower gate playing in the three realms, which is: 'Once accustomed to it, in wisdom, cultivate the bliss of union.' This generally has four mudras: karma mudra, wisdom mudra, vow mudra, and mahamudra. The vow mudra is tummo, as mentioned before. Mahamudra refers to achieving immutable bliss through union with emptiness, which is all-encompassing. The karma mudra is a woman, and the wisdom mudra is mental awareness. If the emphasis here is on the wisdom mudra, then the body should be in the lotus position, with the vajra fists crossed at the heart. The breath should press down the life force, uniting with the navel chakra. Visualize oneself as Vajrasattva in union, blessing the secret vajra and lotus of the dakini. Stimulate alternately with the four gestures of engagement. By combining with the four mudras through possessing the three recognitions, due to the cause of attachment, the wind is moved, tummo blazes even more, and through the power of entering the central channel, the stream of white melting bodhicitta descends, experiencing joy, supreme joy, special joy, and innate joy in the locations of the four chakras such as the throat. Maintain the state of each joy and abide in it. Similarly, in each of those locations, also perform changing, reversing upwards, pervading and spreading, and mixing it with the wind, and sending it into space, thereby imbuing the mind with the qualities of the wind, doing each of these completely. Gradually, bring the key points of descending, holding, reversing, and pervading into experience. Finally, when the bodhicitta descends to the secret place, by holding it there without emission, experience the innate wisdom of things, and then reverse upwards again, therefore experiencing the four joys of forward and reverse in the four chakras such as the navel, and at the end, when the bodhicitta is stable at the crown chakra, it is naturally innate.
