Tightly constrict. As the upper air is pressed down with a slight inhalation, first strike both hands above the shoulders, second strike the heels of the feet against the hips, third twist and shake the upper torso, fourth swing the head around in four directions. Fifth, make a sound from the mouth, as if empty wind is scouring the body. Meditate and subdue, shake the limbs. Like that. Second, the actual practice of bliss is threefold: kindling the inner heat, thereby accomplishing melting bliss, and blending bliss and warmth into primordial purity. First, on the chakras of the crown, throat, heart, and navel, meditate on the syllables (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), and (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A). Press down from above, and the lower air blows fiercely. Imagine that the air arising from life-force diligence, with the syllable (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A), burns like a bellows blowing on a fire. Therefore, with the essential points of the body, including the stove and the dock, in the center of the body visualized as one's own deity, visualize the three channels as before. Like that, on the basis of the three channels existing side by side, directly opposite the navel and directly opposite the heart, and at the junction of the throat and shoulders, and at the points where the upper and lower ends of the central channel at the crown are measured about two finger-widths, the two life-force diligences are connected internally as if they are absorbed into the central channel. From that, the petals of the chakras arise with the appearance of hollow tubes. That is, the thirty-two petals of the great bliss wheel at the crown face downward like umbrella ribs, the sixteen petals of the enjoyment wheel at the throat face upward like an umbrella handle, the eight petals of the dharma wheel at the heart face downward like umbrella ribs, and the sixty-four petals of the emanation wheel at the navel face upward like inverted umbrella ribs. Visualize all those petals as having the appearance of being red and white in color, clear and transparent, and hollow tubes. After it is clear like that, inside the upper end of the central channel above the crown chakra, visualize the bindu of Samantabhadra, the moon, the white syllable (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), which is the nature of bliss, close to melting. At the center of the throat chakra, visualize the bindu of the Dakini Tamer of Pride, the yellow syllable (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om). At the heart, visualize the bindu of the Essence of Wisdom, the blue syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), which has a sphere of five lights. At the navel, visualize the bindu of Samantabhadri, the sun, the red syllable (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A), close to blazing. Also, when practicing this and melting bliss, if you prefer to concentrate the mind, you can visualize the four bindus inside the central channel directly opposite each of them, without visualizing the petals of the four chakras.

I am the key, because the central channel itself is the center of all four chakras. Meditating there actually perfects all four chakras. Therefore, no matter what kind of visualization, whether extensive or concise, is meditated upon, once the basis of the visualization is so clear, clear away the waste air. Guide with the upward-moving air and press down to the lower abdomen. At the same time, vigorously lift the downward-moving air and hold it in conjunction with the navel chakra. If there is slight discomfort, inhale slightly again, stretch and press to the left, right, and center at the location of the navel chakra and hold. If it is unbearable, exhale slowly with a thin and long force. Inhale immediately. Before becoming accustomed to the air, like the four-combined vase breathing, meditate continuously four or eight times, resting at the intervals of each four meditations, without stopping arbitrarily. Resting for too long will not generate heat, so keep it short. The visualization is: The upper air Inhaling enters through the nostrils. It reaches the junction of the three channels below the navel through the path of the ro-kyang channel. Contracting the downward-moving air, the air rises from the anus like a spear, entering the tip of the central channel. The three airs of the ro-kyang channel, downward-moving air, and cleansing air converge and strike the A syllable (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) of the navel chakra. Like a blower fanning a coal fire, the flame is extremely fine and sharp, like a red bristle brush. Fine and clear, shining, hard, the tip burning and flickering, the length gradually increasing from one finger to four fingers, focus on this. Abandon other distractions and meditate single-mindedly on this alone. When the visualization of it becomes stable, the light of that flame fills all the channels of the navel chakra, visualize that the inside of the body below the navel becomes red and hot. Similarly, visualize that the flame spirals upwards from within the central channel, and the letters of the heart and throat chakras also burn with light, filling all the channels. Visualize the flame even reaching the crown chakra upwards. Not only that, visualize that the light of the four chakras also fills all the pores, and the red light pervades, and the inside of the body becomes hot. Therefore, focus awareness on the fine and clear flame like a copper needle, which burns like a string of red beads. Like this, divide the day and night into one early session and two late sessions, a total of six sessions, and strive to practice.
