Having arisen as the play of unceasing appearance, be certain that all appearances of phenomena appear even though they are nonexistent. That very thing, the wisdom of the union of the two truths, inseparable in equanimity and subsequent attainment, is the nature or the reality of all phenomena. Although all sentient beings do not transcend that nature, out of great compassion for those who do not realize it, the mind of enlightenment arises unceasingly, and as soon as it arises, let it be cultivated by abandoning attachment and clinging to inherent existence. Thus, by mixing equanimity and subsequent attainment inseparably, whatever arises is spontaneously liberated, and it is good if conceptual thoughts arise as an aid to meditation. If conceptual thoughts are harmful, then by staring intently at whatever conceptual thought arises, like waves dissolving into water, thoughts will disappear without a trace. Because the certainty that conceptual thoughts are groundless and rootless arises, virtuous activities will overcome obstacles and proceed smoothly, so it is said by the holy ones. Secondly, the instructions for practicing meditation in equipoise: Having thus ascertained, "Meditate on bliss, clarity, and non-thought." Thus, all the phenomena that appear in various ways externally are one's own appearances, impartial, clear and empty, without attachment, and are ascertained to be equal like the sky. And by examining and analyzing the nature of the mind, which is the measurer of the inner object and the object-holder, it is not established in any entity, nor does it touch any limit, and it is ascertained in rootless emptiness and enters into meditation. There are three: the instruction for meditating on bliss, the instruction for meditating on clarity, and the instruction for meditating on non-thought. The respective functions of these three are: the basis for purification is the ultimate truth of reality, the essence of the Sugata, the wisdom of bliss, clarity, and non-thought, which has been inherent from the beginning. The means of purification is the path of skillful means that is in accordance with the state of being, and by meditating on the three, bliss, clarity, and non-thought, the subtle and gross obscurations included in the three poisons of attachment, aversion, and ignorance, are purified by themselves without being abandoned or transformed. The three realms of desire, form, and formlessness are liberated into the spontaneously arising wisdom of bliss, clarity, and non-thought, and the three vajras of body, speech, and mind, which are the result of purification, are manifested. Thus, firstly, there are two instructions for meditating on bliss: firstly, the essential point of clearing the path is to purify the channels and winds: one's own body is like a rainbow deity, in the center of clarity is the dhuti (Tibetan: དྷཱུ་ཏི་, Devanagari: धूत, Romanized Sanskrit: dhūta, literal meaning: shaken), possessing the characteristics

"Having four qualities, on the right and left, filled with Ro, Jiang, dust, and moon." Observe that the end enters the Dhuti. Thus, the key to the body is the legs in vajra posture, the spine straight, the hands covering the knees, the gaze slightly towards the brow from straight ahead, the rest is the same as usual. Cultivate your ordinary body as if a rainbow disappears into the sky, making it invisible. The outer form of your body is Vajrasattva, with rainbow-like radiance. The inner being is empty, clear, transparent, and unobstructed, focus on this and meditate. When it is clear, in the center of the body, slightly closer to the back, there is the Avadhuti channel, straight like the trunk of a tree, bright like a sesame oil lamp, radiating its own light, red as if boiled with madder juice, very thin and transparent like a lotus stem, possessing four characteristics. Its thickness is about the size of a medium arrow shaft, the upper end touches the Brahma aperture, and the lower end is located four fingers below the navel. On its right side is the red Roma, filled with dust; on the left is the white Jiangma, filled with the moon, both four times thinner than the central channel. The upward curving tip pierces into the two nostrils in the brow. These two, together with the central channel, become a trinity, the ends slightly longer than the central channel, going down and entering the central channel. Visualize that all diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obstacles are completely cleared away, and exhale slowly and deeply three times. Visualize that all the essence of stability, movement, samsara, and nirvana, in the form of wind, passes from the two nostrils through the path of Ro and Jiang, and enters the central channel from below the navel, and moderately inhale the upper air. Below the navel, combine naturally, gently, and moderately, and focus your attention on the inside of the central channel. If it is slightly uncomfortable, adjust it; if it is unbearable, exhale slowly from the two nostrils, to the extent that the fluff does not move. Like this, learn the combination of wind with four qualities. During the previous recitation, make the channels clear through subtle vajra recitation, and if you have already accomplished vase breathing through coarse vajra recitation, then meditating here for a day or two is sufficient. If you have not cleared them before, then at this time you need to practice until various experiences arise. In between these sessions, also do some physical exercises. The key posture of the body is the same as before, only the vase
