Various displays of abilities will also arise. Fifth, eliminating conceptual proliferation at its source: At the source, a white dot between the eyebrows, visualize it rotating like a bean; sometimes rest without focusing on anything. As it says. From the seven points of posture, raise the gaze and visualize a white dot the size of a bean rotating at your eyebrow center, focusing your awareness and sharpening your attention. Sometimes, without focusing on anything, rest blankly. Alternate between these two and meditate, and it will be eliminated. Sixth, integrating the experience of meditative equipoise into post-meditation and taking it as the path: Between sessions, recognize awareness, relax and enter meditative equipoise; this will make non-conceptualization habitual. As it says. In meditative equipoise, cut off all thoughts that move up and down. Do not think, do not contemplate, without expansion or contraction, rest single-pointedly in a state of non-focus. When rising from that session, merely recognize the nature of that state. Then, in that same state, relax and relax, continuously practice without abandoning or grasping. Third, there are three instructions for cultivating this through conduct in post-meditation: Taking whatever appears as undifferentiated and illusory as the path, taking whatever arises as self-liberating like a wave of water as the path, and taking all acceptance, rejection, hope, and fear as the play of the Dharmakaya as the path. The first is: In post-meditation, all outer and inner appearances and existences are your own appearances, like a dream; although they appear, they are unreal like the moon in water; they are merely interdependent, like an illusion; look without attachment, aversion, hope, or fear. As it says. To enhance the effectiveness of contemplation, integrate the experience gained in meditative equipoise equally into post-meditation and all sensory perceptions. Thus, all phenomena that appear and exist, encompassed by the outer world of environment and the inner world of beings, are merely your own appearances, never existing apart from the mind. Although they appear and are experienced, they are like the appearances in a dream. Although they appear, they are empty of inherent existence, like the moon in water. The self-appearances arising from the assembly of causes and conditions are also like the horses and elephants conjured by a magician, without any true existence. Thus, determine that all appearances are your own appearances, undifferentiated and illusory, and without any attachment, aversion, hope, or fear towards anything, learn to transform all actions into aids on the path.

Second, how to take whatever arises as self-liberation like a water wave and carry it onto the path: Whatever afflictive emotions or thoughts arise, just as a wave dissolves into the ocean, carry whatever arises as the path of the Dharmakaya. Therefore, in the post-meditation period, even if various afflictive thoughts arise, by looking at their essence, just as a wave dissolves into the ocean, they are empty as soon as they appear, and since appearance does not cease when empty, no matter what, be certain that the inseparability of appearance and emptiness is the play of the Dharmakaya, and know how to take it as a companion on the path. Third, how to take all acceptance and rejection, hope and doubt, as the play of the Dharmakaya and carry it onto the path: Existence and non-existence, appearance and emptiness are merely imputations; samsara and nirvana are self-appearances free from clinging to truth; acceptance and rejection, hope and doubt are merely mental constructs; in reality, all duality is purified into the Dharmakaya. Therefore, existence and non-existence, appearance and emptiness, etc., all relative phenomena are merely newly imputed by the mind, and there is not even a particle of truth to be found. The phenomena of samsara and nirvana also appear separately in relation to the self-appearance of mind and wisdom, but in reality, the essence of all phenomena, the unchanging sphere, is the nature that has been beyond suffering from the beginning, the eternal ultimate truth. However, in the face of the deluded consciousness that has not realized this, although it appears as samsara, it is merely an appearance and is not established as true. Therefore, existence and non-existence are temporary phenomena, because they are not inherently established from the beginning. In the true nature, there is no object to be grasped as separate samsara and nirvana, so there is no need to abandon samsara, and no fear of wandering; no hope for non-wandering; no need to obtain nirvana, and no doubt of not obtaining it, etc. All dualistic clinging is merely a mental construct, but in reality, as it is said in the scriptures: 'This is called samsara, this is also nirvana, having abandoned samsara, nirvana cannot be obtained elsewhere.' Therefore, in the true nature, be certain that the indivisible, clear light Dharmakaya is the mind of enlightenment, and know how to take it as a companion on the path. In this way, through the door of certainty, all subsequent actions are practiced in relation to time. That is to say, in the beginning stage, do not have any clinging or attachment to anything, and in the state of non-attachment, do not err in accepting and rejecting cause and effect. All the practices of one's own vehicle should be practiced without error as the Buddha said, and the three vows should be integrated without contradiction and practiced on the same seat.
