Ni, possessing all the perfect resources, with a clean platform, draw an eight-petaled mandala with five lines, place a hexagonal crystal in the center, arrange offerings of flowers, incense, lamps, and nectar, etc., generate the samadhi mandala there, hook and empower the wisdom wheel, do it correctly as before, prostrate by transforming into bodies as many as dust motes, and offer this vast offering in this way. Om, from the realm of immeasurable space, the offering cloud is spontaneously accomplished immeasurably, flowers, incense, lamps, and, excellent perfume, food, musical instruments, etc., form, sound, smell, taste, touch, dharma, and the play of the respective goddesses, filling the vast expanse of the sky, I offer with a respectful mind. Om Pana Penu Surata Dipi Sarva Tathagata Samayogi Siddhi Hum, Maha Puja Pratitsa Ho, possessing names, possessing the adornment of bliss, the supreme touch of women, bless the assembly of yogis, enjoy the secret supreme state of bliss. Maha Sukha Bodhicitta Alala Ho, free from pure defilement and conceptualization, the great Rasayana medicine, accompanied by the blood of afflicted attachment, please partake of the great equality. Maha Sarva Pancha Amrita Alala Ho, possessing the essence of five meats and five nectars, possessing the assembly of food and drink, this supreme samaya substance torma, please partake of it non-dually. Maha Balimta Kha Kha Khahi Khahi, also offer with as many offerings as there are. Om, Lama Palden Dorje Sempa, Lord of Great Bliss Five Wisdoms, Supreme Doer of all mandalas, I prostrate to you. The color of a spotless autumn moon, holding a vajra and bell, in union with the Great Bliss Consort, Vajra Hero I praise you. Just by holding your name, also from the lower realms such as Naraka, protect all suffering, Protector I prostrate and praise you. Thus, the yoga of praise and recitation, with the rays of light of the mantra of my mind, stimulate the seed syllable and mantra in front, expand, contract, accumulate, purify, contemplate the meaning, recite correctly as before, then stimulate the activity: Om, Glorious Vajrasattva, please be attached to me, from birth, old age, sickness, death, etc., from the terrible suffering of existence, Protector, please protect me, sins.
