May it be auspicious! At the heart essence of the Wish-Fulfilling Light Supreme Dharma Land, prepare the four preliminary substances and the five offerings. On the painted cloth, in the center, place a vase, on top of which is a skull cup of alcohol and a mirror of vermilion, with the syllable ཧྲཱིཿམ。（Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrih） at the center of the four lotus petals. On the four petals, write ར་ཧ། ཙ་རི། ཧྲི་ནི། ཡ་ས་, stack them, and cover them with white and red silk. To the east, place flower garlands and deity images. To the south, place a headdress. In the four directions, arrange incense, flowers, lamps, and scented water, alternating them. May it be auspicious! For the inner ripening, in the center of a five-pile arrangement, place a vase filled with thirty-five substances, adorned with the images of the inner practice, etc., as before. May it be auspicious! For the Immaculate Crown, place a vase on top of a painted cloth or a five-pile arrangement. In the four directions, place consort empowerment implements, a throne, an umbrella, scriptures, the eight substances, the eight auspicious symbols, etc., all gathered together. May it be auspicious! For the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, in the center of an eight-petaled lotus or a five-pile arrangement, place a vase, five deity images, mantra plaques, a crystal rosary, five hand implements, and a mirror. May it be auspicious! For the empowerment of the five vases, in the center and the four directions, place a single mandala pile, or on each of the four lotus petals arranged separately, place a Dharma vase in the center, a harmony vase in the east, a medicine vase in the south, a longevity vase in the west, and a wealth vase in the north, all filled with the essence and standard described in the texts. Also include deity images, mantra plaques, a mirror, and offering tormas in front of each. May it be auspicious! For the subsequent permission of the Glorious Mother's Eleven-Faced Form, place a vase on top of a mandala pile smeared with cow dung and scented mud. May it be auspicious!
