Second, for the preliminary empowerment of subduing obstacles, on the clear mandala's center and four directions, establish the chakras of the five wrathful deities, such as Buddha and the five families of Hayagriva, on five wrathful tormas. Place the empowerment vase in the east and the bathing vase in the north. Arrange the outer offerings. Prepare a five-colored thread or whatever is available. A bundle of kusha grass. In an iron vessel, place a triangular blue-black hearth surrounded by flame patterns, stacked with juniper and other fierce woods in a triangular shape. Offerings include medicine, rakta, and torma. Fire offering substances include poison, blood, lapis lazuli, black guggul, horse dung, and buckwheat flour, mixed with black butter or alcohol. Prepare common necessary items. Third, for the vase empowerment, on the clear mandala's central throne, place the victorious vase containing the essence of thirty-five substances, adorned with a neck cord, and on top of it, establish the chakras of Amitabha and the five families of Avalokiteshvara. Place the vajra bell in the east, the empowerment torma in the south, the skull cup of blood in the west, and the skull cup of medicine in the north. On the eight lotus petals, arrange eight types of food, and in the east, establish the chakras of the six Munis, such as the deva empowerment, in a clockwise direction. The north and northeast are not needed. On the four doors, place four wrathful tormas, establishing the chakras of Vijaya, Yama, Hayagriva, and the coiled one. Separately place the seven royal emblems and the eight auspicious symbols. In this case, instead of the wheel in the seven royal emblems, a king jewel holding a golden wheel in his hand is required. This is similar to other terma traditions such as Vajrakilaya, so it is important not to carelessly mix them. Arrange the samaya water in the north and the bathing vase in the east. Fourth, for the secret empowerment, on the central mandala's platform, bless the vase with the thirty-five substances by reciting the seven-syllable mantra, endowing it with essence, a white neck cord, and ornaments. Establish the speech mandala of the white OM (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) surrounded by the six-syllable mantra. Behind it, starting from the east of the four petals, place the four speech mandalas of the blue HUM (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हु，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), the yellow TRAM (藏文：ཏྲཱཾ，梵文天城体：त्रं，梵文罗马拟音：trāṃ，汉语字面意思： ཏྲཱཾ), the red HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思： ཧྲཱིཿ), and the green AH (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿), each surrounded by the six-syllable mantra. Behind that, on the eight petals, place blue, yellow, red, and green vases with silk ribbons in the four directions, along with white bodhicitta and the three white substances, endowed with essence.
