Practice during leisure, meditate when not needed. When there are no obstacles, generally practice the excellent Dharma endowed with five qualities. Specifically, meditate on the inseparability of the two aspects of Bodhicitta, the co-emergent union that does not need to be learned from the beginning. Dharma Lord Phagmo Drupa also said: Even if you have practiced all the supreme methods, if merits do not arise, but many results occur, then apart from the supreme devotion to the excellent Lama, and meditating with a pure mind in the state of the innate heart of the Tathagata, how could you possibly attain the fruit in this life? Dharma Lord Rinpoche also said: When I sent you to meditate in the mountains, I did not send you to meditate on the channels, I did not send you to meditate on the winds, but I sent you to meditate on the Samadhi of the inseparability of the two aspects of Bodhicitta. Lama Rinpoche also said: Channels, winds, and bindus, and the instructions of the six Dharmas, new and old, are profound, very profound, and extremely profound. Although they are the best of the profound, sometimes like eating a full meal, they should be practiced at appropriate times. The Dharma to be practiced constantly is the precious one endowed with five qualities. Then, when there are no obstacles, practice the five qualities from the depths of your heart. By practicing in this way, the stages of the four Yogas will arise. For those who attain enlightenment suddenly, there is also the possibility of entering into non-meditation. For those who transcend suddenly, sometimes they recognize their own mind as the Dharmakaya, and sometimes they enter into a state of non-meditation. For those who attain enlightenment gradually, first single-pointed concentration arises, then freedom from elaboration arises, then one taste arises, then non-meditation arises, and each of these will also give rise to inferior, intermediate, and superior qualities. First, the inferior single-pointed concentration is sometimes good and sometimes bad, which is the inferior single-pointed concentration. Single-pointed concentration on emptiness, continuous and uninterrupted, is the intermediate single-pointed concentration. The union of clarity and emptiness is the superior single-pointed concentration. All single-pointed concentration is experience. The superior is without conceptualization. If single-pointed concentration does not improve, then let go of the three attachments to enhance progress: make the inside of the body empty, offer possessions to the Lama, and letting go of attachment to Samadhi means: abandon the joy of good experiences, abandon the displeasure of bad experiences. Practicing devotion to the Dharmakaya means: view the Lamas as the Dharmakaya, and pray to generate the Dharmakaya within yourself. Meditate in this way. What to look at?

Thus, non-duality arises, and it is divided into lower, middle, and upper levels. At the lower level of non-duality, one merely recognizes the nature of mind, but does not know that the view has not yet been established. One does not understand the profound and vast Dharma. Even if one recognizes one's own mind, one does not know the ultimate of practice. At that time, due to generating faith and devotion in solitude, the middle level of non-duality arises. There is no going to hell, and no arising of mind. One feels that this is enough. Regarding the lama, sometimes one sees him as a Buddha, and sometimes as a demon. At this time, by practicing with even artificial faith and devotion towards the lama, the upper level of non-duality arises. One feels that there is nothing to abandon and no antidote to practice. Then, practicing with faith and devotion towards the lama, one ultimately enters into one taste. At that time, the understanding that body, mind, and appearances are the only mind. Then, practicing with faith and devotion, the middle level of one taste arises, the body, mind, and appearances merge into the same taste of practice. One is able to benefit and harm others. At the upper level of one taste, the equality of samsara and nirvana becomes unborn and unique. Clairvoyance arises. Again, practicing with faith and devotion, non-practice manifests. The initial lower level of non-practice is the non-practice of understanding that is separated from what is to be practiced and the one who practices. The middle level is the clear light of practice, and the non-practice of becoming a Buddha in the bardo from the clear light of death, which appears above the upper level of non-duality. The upper level is the non-practice that appears in this life, which is the complete purification of subsequent wisdom, separated from appearances and mind, appearances and mind are non-dual, what is to be practiced and the one who practices are non-dual, like space, qualities and activities both manifest. Among the four yogis, the leap-over one is sometimes good and sometimes bad. The sudden one arises in an instant. The gradual one gradually generates the four yogas, thereby becoming a Buddha in non-practice. At that time, the body is purified, and the inexhaustible body, the wheel of adornment, arises. Speech is purified, and the inexhaustible speech, the wheel of adornment, arises. Mind is purified, and the inexhaustible mind, the wheel of adornment, arises. Wind is purified, and the inseparable four bodies become one. From the beginning, the Dharmakaya, complete with qualities and activities, has been present from the beginning, but is obscured by obstacles. Then, removing all the obstacles of the three obscurations, the Dharmakaya, complete with qualities and activities, will manifest, the Dharmakaya has been present from the beginning.
