Imagine a blazing fire like burning iron. If obstructed by a stuffy nose, meditate on the Lord of Great Compassion in the nostrils. If obstructed by a cough or lung disease, focus single-pointedly on the guru at the navel or secret place and hold your breath slightly. If obstructed by indigestion, straighten your body and place your hands on your knees. Meditate on a fire about one finger's width below the navel and rotate it. If obstructed by ear pain, imagine a red spear of fire blazing outwards from the painful ear. If urine and feces are blocked, think that the urine should not be released. Or imagine a light like white butter on the genitals. Also, imagine a white light the size of a needle in the breathing hole. If obstructed by a headache, imagine a hollow space below the navel. In it, imagine the Lord of Great Compassion with rays of light. If you meditate on it intently, you will be comfortable immediately. If obstructed by a wound, imagine a white ཨ་(藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A) with rays of light on the wound. This will heal the depths. By meditating deeply, the wound will heal. Or meditate on the guru. Or meditate on a light the size of a needle, and the nosebleed will stop and you will be healed. In general, for diseases from the shoulder to the forearm, imagine them moving down to the fingers. For diseases of the upper body, imagine them moving down to the navel. For diseases of the lower body, imagine them moving down to the genitals. In general, when meditating on all visualizations, do not be interrupted by other thoughts. Meditate diligently day and night, because the root of disease is affliction and negativity, and visualization and affliction cannot coexist, so there is no place for disease to stay, and it will heal quickly. After that, do not doubt the visualization. If doubt arises, the disease will fluctuate, and if you interrupt or hesitate, you will die. By meditating, the disease will be cured and improved. In general, diseases are divided into three types: high, medium, and low. For severe diseases, meditating on the visualization does not make the disease worse or better, and the disease is not provoked. In this case, if you think that this disease cannot be cured by visualization, you may abandon the visualization. Therefore, in this case, you need to strengthen the visualization. Also, for severe leprosy, by strengthening the antidote and meditating, the visualization will

Like pressing into the ground and disappearing without a trace, one is liberated from illness and departs. For moderate illnesses, by meditating on the remedy, the illness subsides and gradually improves. At that time, there is a danger of stopping, thinking that the remedy is not helping. If the illness gradually improves, it is because one has diligently meditated on the remedy at that time, and the illness will suddenly heal. For minor illnesses, merely pointing out the remedy will bring about a cure. In general, whatever the illness, once it has healed, do not interrupt the treatment. If the treatment is interrupted, there are many cases of the illness recurring. Even when the illness has healed, meditate on the union of Mahamudra and the remedy. For those with little accumulation of merit, if they rely too much on a single remedy when a severe illness occurs, it is like being chased into a dog's hole, and there is a risk of death. For this, finding a place and cutting off the life-force are both very important. Cutting off the life-force means striving to accumulate merit. Finding a place means slightly relaxing the remedy and meditating on Mahamudra, thereby finding the unconditioned nature and benefiting from union. For remedies for plague and swelling, it is called finding a place, which means meditating on the lama in the center of the heart. It is said that this prevents the illness from worsening. When fever reaches the boundary between the mountain and the plain, one needs to eat warm and nutritious food. The boundary between the mountain and the plain is when the illness has healed and the appetite has returned. If one cannot sleep at night, that means one has reached the boundary between the mountain and the plain. This explains the key points of all remedies. Because it is eliminating obstacles, after eliminating obstacles, union will appear like the sky. Therefore, it is called eliminating obstacles. The key points of healing illnesses through dependent origination should be asked of the lama. This is the elimination of obstacles to healing illnesses through remedies. From the chapter on the need for remedies in "The Great Vehicle's Obstacle-Clearing Nectar Army," the sixteenth chapter. Initially, the ground is also the unconditioned, non-learning union. The result is also the unconditioned, non-learning union. As Pal Phagmo Drupa said: "One cause, one path, one result, Clinging to differences causes wandering in samsara." This is because inverted confusion causes the channels and winds to be confused, thereby causing obstacles, and therefore not giving rise to Buddhahood. First, from the obstacle of the view of permanence and annihilation onwards, until the final obscuration of knowledge, one meditates on whatever is needed. Combining that with Mahamudra is called the learning union. Always eliminate obstacles.
