One should meditate for fifteen days. The generation of bodhicitta and so on is the same as before. Meditate for fifteen days on whichever of the three objects of focus is clear. After that, one should demonstrate the turning wheel that opens the channels. Without disrupting the previous squatting posture turning wheel, explain how to sit after pressing down the breath. If one presses down the breath, it will cause harm. Without pressing down the breath, direct awareness to any of the three objects of focus. If one does not direct awareness to it, it is said that it will cause harm by breaking the subtle channels. By directing awareness to no object of focus, the breath remains inside. When the breath fills the abdomen, without moving the upper body, the waist should be turned like a potter's wheel, neither too fast nor too slow. The precious lama said to turn it quickly. If it is turned too much, it will become scattered. If it is too little, it will not enter inside, so it is said to combine it with moderation. The time to do this is when disturbing emotions arise, when there are many thoughts, when warmth has not arisen, and when there is little bliss. The purpose of doing the turning wheel is to pacify disturbing emotions, reduce thoughts, generate warmth, increase bliss, and open all the channels with names and without names, and untie the knots in the channels. When breath enters the channels, warmth arises first. Then, the breath draws in the mind of enlightenment, and bliss quickly pervades the entire body and mind. Whether standing or turning, it is important that the turning wheel is done well. If the upper body is too straight, the breath will be forced upwards and will not enter inside. If it is too bent, the breath will be cut off and warmth will not arise. It is important that the waist is straight like an arrow. This will straighten the channels, and the breath will enter naturally. This will naturally increase the element, the mind of enlightenment, and the bindu. There is no fixed order for the turning wheel and the kneading, so it is said that they should be done whenever needed. In general, for removing obstacles and increasing accomplishments, it is important for those with devotion to meditate on the lama. Relying on that, warmth will arise quickly. For those with little faith and difficulty in believing, showing many stages of objects of focus is a stage for generating warmth and samadhi. In general, relying on the three: the turning wheel of the body, the object of focus of the mind, and the key instructions of the breath, one should hit the essential point. If one is influenced by devotion to the holy lama, when these two combine, the interdependent origination of the outer, inner, and secret will be complete, and quickly...

It is said that accomplishments arise. The way they arise is that, when the key point is reached, the external connection causes warmth to arise in the body, the internal connection pacifies the winds of conceptualization, and the secret connection causes the winds to enter the central channel. These three come together in going and returning. When these three occur as one, everything is present. One must realize and understand these. If bliss increases to the point where it seems the bindu is about to fall, then visualize the short bow case. Within that, meditate on the lama. If bliss is small, then place the focus on the lama at the root of the secret vajra. If warmth is small, then visualize the lower abdomen below the navel filled with fire, burning like the wheel of the fire at the end of time, focus on the fire, and rotate the waist. Then, the teaching on the Dharma of turning away is taught: Having meditated with great effort in this way, one should practice with weariness and exhaustion, and with one, cutting off; two, taking hold; and three, leaving as is. Among these, cutting off is: When one is weary of one's own virtuous practice, does not want the essence of meditation, and does not engage in virtuous practice, first meditate on aversion, as there is no certainty when one will die. At the time of death, nothing other than the holy Dharma will be of any help. To achieve unsurpassed enlightenment, will your behavior accomplish this? Then, taking hold of oneself by one's own hand, pull oneself back, saying, 'You are not allowed to eat, you are not allowed to dress.' Also, at times, contemplate the faults of samsara and the law of karma. Taking hold is: One should nourish awareness. When one desires the essence of meditation and one's mind goes to meditation, one is allowed to eat, one is allowed to dress, eat abundant food, have body massages done, and stay in whatever posture is comfortable, and rest the body and mind. For example, Pal Galo first went to India, offered a lot of gold to the root lama Abhayakara, and then practiced vase breathing. He swelled up like a bag of luha sho, and then asked the lama, who said, 'You are a Tibetan meditator, it seems meditation is not possible. You should not meditate either. At that time, you sent these golds as a gift, considering it even. Now that you want to meditate, you take half of these golds and eat them, and I will take care of the other half.' Thus, he made him practice vase breathing, and as he practiced, he did not want the essence of meditation, and his mind did not go to meditation.
