After vomiting from the depths of my heart, my thoughts about this life became more and more firm. Except for actually having no dependence, even a single mouthful of food with dependence will lead oneself to ruin. Therefore, no matter what is given as alms, it is very important to make a dedication and apply it to the Dharma. Also, the reason why all beings who go to the householder's house of food alms for the unprotected are said not to be reborn in the three lower realms in the future is that the householder gives food to whomever he gives it for the sake of the Dharma. Therefore, it is very important to practice in that way, please do so, he said. Furthermore, in the presence of the precious Lord of the World, he said that today he spoke about the beginning of one human dharma. The so-called beginning of human dharma is things like "do this, and it will come like that," which is the beginning of human dharma. Hearing and thinking, etc., are divine dharmas. What is that? All of us want to be different from others. If we don't do something different from others, how can it be done? The Tsangpas all say that if a "Kutekpa" appears, even if you pour garlic juice into his eyes, you should pour it. It means that if you want a "Kutekpa" to appear, you have to do better than ordinary people. If you put it in Dharma terms, it is to be someone who has become superior to human dharma. The ten virtuous deeds of human dharma, through the three levels of superior, medium, and inferior, can attain gods and humans, etc. Through the three of bliss, clarity, and non-discrimination, one can attain the gods of the upper realms, etc. Through the three poisons of great, medium, and small, the three lower realms are generated. Abandoning all of these and only wanting peaceful nirvana is the Shravaka. And here, on top of the ten virtuous deeds, adding knowing "Phar Shepa (藏文)", "Mar Shepa (藏文)", knowing the Shramana and Brahmin, respecting elders in the lineage, and the object of merit arising from generosity, there are six in total. In this way, there are sixteen human dharmas. Just having these is not enough to become a superior being. So, what is it? It is bearing the burden of all sentient beings as vast as the sky, doing all their deeds and actions. That is, placing or accomplishing them in the state that one desires, that is discipline. Moreover, abandoning the ten non-virtuous deeds spoken of in the Vinaya Pitaka, this can be transformed into the three vows. Moreover, gradually...

Does one do it gradually or all at once? If one says that if I go to hell, who will do the benefit of sentient beings? I go to hell, but it is impossible to do the benefit of sentient beings with a special dharma, because I no longer exist. Therefore, for the benefit of sentient beings, all actions and deeds will become meaningful. For example, there was a king named Wangchen De, and the enemy's army attacked. Although he tried to resist with mantras and protection, it was of no use. So he had the minister betray him and he ran away. On the way, he met a Brahmin beggar, so he tied himself up and gave himself to the Brahmin, and had him sell him to the enemy. The enemy was surprised by this and gave the country back to the king. Just like King Golden Face, although he had wealth, he didn't enjoy it much, and he didn't give even a small amount of charity to the hungry, but treated everyone equally for twelve years, thereby ruling the country. In the past, the ruler Trisong Detsen also repeatedly levied and settled the entire Tibetan region in this way. Therefore, even a foolish person can become very outstanding. In short, if human behavior becomes the supreme principle, then through the three ways of upper, middle, and lower, one can obtain the gods and humans of the three realms. We do not want to be like the Hearer Vehicle, seeking only our own peace and liberation. Having the precious Bodhicitta and the wisdom to realize its nature can make one the most intelligent person, the most important person, the most foolish person, and the most clumsy person. At that time, he will become the master of the entire world, including the gods, let alone some people. When people become like that, the practice of guiding sentient beings to happiness with Bodhicitta is very profound, and it is said that I (the author) have also realized this through the experience of being like a worm. Furthermore, the World Protector Rinpoche said: Now all of you are in the presence of the venerable Guru, whether you are listening, contemplating, or meditating, etc., there is not one of you who does not want to accumulate merit, so you must receive teachings and subsequent guidance. Therefore, you must practice with diligence and effort. Here, you must follow faith and be very serious and cherish the Dharma. After hearing the qualities of the Guru,
