Furthermore, by doing the whirling wheel in that way, the wind-mind enters below the navel. Above the navel, it arises purely and clearly, and it is said that immeasurable qualities such as the arising of bliss come from this. Also, it is said that by doing that, one abides in the center of the heart and non-conceptuality arises. Moreover, in the past, when I was in Abu Phagmo Dru, Dharma Lord wrapped a document in cloth and entrusted it to the monk Dorje Pal, which also said: The Samadhi that bestows bliss is not stable, body, speech, and mind are completely distracted. Since it does not bless the continuum of others, I request not to wash away meditation with water. Thus he gave instructions, and its meaning is the Samadhi below the navel. If one abides in this, then with the great power of the Samadhi of bliss, even without speaking a word about the Dharma, one can bless the continuum of others and can generate qualities. For example, for food obtained by begging, through practice, by saying "Now do it like this," the disciple generates practice, and that is indeed its blessing. Otherwise, there would be no teaching of "Now do it like this." The venerable Phagmo Drupa also said: For begging without a stable abode, bliss and emptiness are without interruption. It is said that he had not heard of a monastery. That is to say, begging for food, begging at one door, even if they do not give or are not satisfied, he does not beg elsewhere, but lies in a ditch and stays in fasting. It is said that he was skilled in the Samadhi below the navel. Also, in the presence of the Sugata, he said: For those who do not eat salt, clouds of dakinis gather. It is said that he had not heard of a torma. It is not that they gather on tormas the size of blood offerings and zan ears, but it is said that it arises from being skilled in the Samadhi of bestowing bliss. In short, when one is skilled in this Samadhi, one knows both the outer and the inner. Outwardly, one knows all the aggregates, elements, and sense bases of those to be tamed. Inwardly, one knows the abode of this vajra body from the crown of the head to the soles of the feet, and all outer appearances are brought under one's control, resounding like thunder and pervading the earth. The manifestations of the body do not sink in water, and the fame of walking in the sky and so on pervades the earth. Even if one meditates for one session, the appearances of others change, and desires are fulfilled.

All perfections will come like a Chakravartin king. Therefore, by abiding in the samadhi of inseparable root-channels, winds, and bindus, one can easily attain the unsurpassed Bodhi in one lifetime, and with the perfection of activities, the benefit of beings will be spontaneously accomplished. Please keep this in mind, sons. Also, the precious Lama said: In general, the Great Vehicle, the Secret Mantra, mainly teaches the body. This does not mean to meditate on a single deity. It means that relying on the body's wheel of channels, winds, bindus, etc., virtues are manifestly born. The practice of this is crucial in the early morning. Even unarisen virtues arise in the early morning. Even unrealized experiences arise in the early morning. The eight great Siddhas and the Buddha also attained unsurpassed Bodhi in the early morning. The reason is that, although this Vajra body is considered to be full of impure substances according to the Paramita system, in the Tantric system, it is considered to have been accomplished as a pure body, so there is no need to abandon the impure and then accomplish the pure. It is like gold and silver existing in gold ore and silver ore. Moreover, all the food and drink consumed by all sentient beings during the day is separated into essence and waste by the fire-wind. The waste is excreted as feces and urine. The essence pervades the channels and makes awareness clear, suitable for meditation, etc. All the virtues of Tantra are produced by this. However, if some people's awareness is dull and they do not eat, they think it is phlegm disease. This is also true, but mainly it is because the fire-wind has not separated the essence and waste. If it is separated, just as a clear image appears in clear water, so too will meditation be clear. Moreover, Lord Milarepa also said: At the root where nine trunks gather, there is a medicine that cures five poisons. Whether to take it or not, you know yourself. This means that in this gathering of the four elements, by binding the five objects of the five senses and meditating, it is intended to increase the method, bindu, and Bodhicitta. Moreover, there was a beautiful Jomo Lhaje Ma, who served as Lama Tsami Lotsawa's attendant and mudra consort. It is said that the Lama said that it was enough to keep the female attire, and she did so. There, for a year
