There are four types of understanding, such as the wisdom that realizes suffering, distinguished by the unimpeded realization, and four types of forbearance, such as the forbearance that knows suffering, distinguished by not fearing their nature. According to the system of the noble Asanga, there are two types of establishment by the path of seeing: the establishment of the teaching abiding and flourishing, which is with elaboration, and the establishment of the ultimate truth, which is individually self-aware and without elaboration. The first is further divided into two establishments: the establishment that takes only the suchness of the four truths as its object, and the establishment that takes both suchness and correct wisdom as its object. From the perspective of the first, from the perspective of summarizing the establishment, there are four minds that correspond to the category of Dharma-knowledge, four minds that correspond to the category of subsequent knowledge, and finally one mind that is solely calm abiding. It is said that the path of seeing is perfected by these nine types of minds. These nine minds can be summarized into two paths: first, the path of arising calm abiding and insight combined, and finally, the path of arising solely calm abiding. The first can also be divided from the perspective of what is abandoned. With the distinction of the four truths such as suffering experienced in the desire realm, there are four that correspond to the category of Dharma-knowledge, and with the distinction of the four truths such as suffering experienced in the form and formless realms, there are four that correspond to the category of subsequent knowledge. Each of these is further divided into two, forbearance and knowledge, by the distinction of the path of non-interruption and the path of liberation, resulting in sixteen realizations. These sixteen are also divided from the perspective of what is abandoned, but in terms of essence, all of them can be summarized into two: the path of forbearance as the non-interrupted path and the path of knowledge as the liberated path. The establishment of placing both suchness and correct wisdom as the object of the path of seeing is the division into sixteen moments of mind that appears in this very text. For this division, there are four that correspond to the category of Dharma-knowledge, distinguished by the realization of the suchness of the four truths as the object, and distinguished by the experiencing of one's own nature by the wisdom of the subject, there are subsequent

These are the four that are in accordance with the aspect of wisdom. The first is also divided into four Dharma-kshanti and four Dharma-jñana, due to the difference between the uninterrupted path and the liberation path. The second is also divided into four Anvaya-kshanti and four Anvaya-jñana, due to the difference between the wisdom of the seeing path, which determines that its own nature is the cause of the noble dharmas, and the ability to lead, and the second ability to lead, which determines its determination. If the individual entities of ultimate reality are collected based on their own self-awareness without elaboration, then based on the nature of a single mind that is identical to the wisdom of suchness, the path of seeing will be completely fulfilled. Here, it is said that the way of observing the path of tranquility should be viewed in the same way as before. Thus, the first establishment is a method for leading beings who enjoy elaboration to the realization of truth, dividing the single moment of the seeing path's uncontaminated wisdom into sixteen parts, merely establishing it with a collection of names, words, and letters, but it does not actually exist. The second establishment is in the continuum of the yogi, establishing the order in which suchness arises, and therefore it exists only in reality. The second division is the sixteen, beginning with Suffering Dharma-jñana-kshanti. Explaining each entity word by word: Suffering has already been explained. The Dharma referred to by it refers to the Sutra Pitaka, etc., because they establish it. During the path of joining, properly examining the impermanence, etc., of the dharmas referred to by suffering is called Suffering Dharma-jñana. This refers to how it was previously examined. The suchness of the truth of suffering is the uncontaminated wisdom that is directly realized by each yogi, that is, the wisdom that sees the suffering that exists in the three realms, thereby abandoning the twenty-eight latent tendencies that should be abandoned, and that is Suffering Dharma-jñana-kshanti. As an entry into uncontaminated kshanti, this kshanti also transforms due to abandoning the afflictions to be abandoned by seeing suffering, and immediately after the transformation,
