Yes, because it is due to delusion. Saying that the other-powered is conventional truth is because it obscures the seeing of reality, and because it is the object of complete contamination, it is merely called conventional truth. However, there is not even a little bit of the Mind-Only doctrine that shows conventional truth that cannot be tolerated by reason. Thus, the nature of the imputed is that it exists in name but not in substance, and the nature of the other-powered is that it exists in substance but not in imputation, and the nature of the thoroughly established is that it transcends all names such as existence and non-existence. This is truly non-inverted. Then, how are these three natures summarized by the two truths? The nature of the thoroughly established is the ultimate truth, and the nature of the imputed is only the conventional truth. The nature of the other-powered is both the ultimate truth of name and the conventional truth of name. By what name is it called the ultimate truth? When analyzed by reason, it is called the ultimate truth because it is established in substance. By what name is it called the conventional truth? It is called the conventional truth because it obscures the seeing of reality and because it becomes the object of the object of complete contamination. Among them, that which is called the ultimate truth by name will never become the conventional truth; and that which has become the conventional truth by name will never become the ultimate truth. Therefore, the characteristics of the two truths will not be confused with each other. For this very reason, it is also said in the Summary of the Great Vehicle: "By name, it is the other-powered; by name, it is the imputed; by name, it is the thoroughly established." Then, by what time are these three natures realized? The nature of the thoroughly established is the object of non-conceptual wisdom, as it is said in the Sutra Entering into Non-Conceptuality: "As seen by non-conceptual wisdom, all phenomena are like the center of the sky."

That is what is said. The nature of dependent origination is realized by the pure worldly wisdom obtained after that. As it says in the sutra itself: With the wisdom obtained after that, all phenomena are seen as illusion, mirage, dream, echo, moon in water, and emanation. That is what is said. This is not the object of children's minds, because children will cling to the nature of persons and dharmas in this as other different things, and cannot completely determine its nature as it is. For example, when clinging to a rope as a snake and a mirage as water, although the eye consciousness experiences the color of the mirage and the rope, due to the cause of delusion, it generates the thought of clinging to other things, and cannot draw a completely determined conclusion as it experiences it. Similarly, although children also experience the unreal pervasive thoughts in their own minds as self-awareness, due to the influence of the habit of clinging to persons and dharmas from beginningless time, they will cling to other different things, and will not completely determine it as they experience it. Therefore, dependent origination is not the object of children's minds. When the non-dual Suchness is directly realized, then, even when rising from samadhi by the power of that wisdom, there is no person or dharma whatsoever other than mere consciousness. For example, when the senses are deceived by mantras and so on, various appearances arise, such as women, monasteries, gardens, and so on. Similarly, due to the influence of habit, this unreal pervasive thought, which is merely a variety of appearances, seems to appear as the body and enjoyment of the three realms. Therefore, the nature of dependent origination is completely determined as it is. Therefore, the nature of dependent origination is the object of the pure worldly wisdom obtained by the noble ones after realization. It is reasonable to say so. Therefore, it is also said in the Thirty Verses: Without seeing that, one does not see this.
