In that place where the cool wind arises, the goddesses come and make music. The clothes are: soft, not stained by dirt, and when worn, one is not harmed by heat, cold, hunger, thirst, fatigue, etc. They are not burned by fire, nor cut by weapons. The gardens are: when the king arrives there, by the power of the gardens, goddesses and various kinds of birds come to enjoy sensual pleasures. The bedding is: if one meditates, one is liberated, the mind is clear, and all afflictions do not arise. The shoes are: when worn, one does not sink in water, and one can travel a hundred yojanas in an instant without fatigue. Furthermore, a thousand sons who cannot be exhausted and bows and arrows that conquer enemies also appear. That is, the four who rule the four continents, the three continents, the two continents, and the one continent. Among them, for the one who rules the four continents, the kings of the realms will personally come to pay homage, saying: These are the subjects of the gods, may the gods teach them well, we are followers of the gods. The instruction of the wheel-turning king is: O chiefs, you must teach the people of your respective races well with the Dharma, and do not do what is not in accordance with the Dharma. You must also prohibit those who do what is not in accordance with the Dharma and those who engage in evil deeds from living in your territory. For the one who rules the three continents, sending messengers will cause them to come and pay homage. For the one who rules the two continents, arguing with each other will cause them to come and pay homage. For the one who rules the one continent, it is necessary to have a full-scale conflict with weapons in order for them to come and pay homage. The differences between them are: gold, silver, copper, and iron wheel kings, they rule one, two, three, and four continents respectively, just like arranging them in order from bottom to top. Together and not together, like the Buddhas. Being greeted by others, going oneself, setting up a battlefield, and using weapons can lead to victory without harm. It is also said that. Those kings are also superior to others because they possess the thirty-two major marks of a great being, as it is said in the "Garland of Jewels": All wheel-turning kings, are thought to have these (thirty-two marks), but purity, beauty, and clarity, cannot compare to the Buddhas. So it is said. The gods are high
